A caffeine-free version is also available for those who may need to limit caffeine intake. Orovo, LLC also makes a complete line of weight loss adis, muscle builders, anti-aging serums, and mood enhancement pills. The company encourages people to become distributors so that they can make a residual income from independent sales. Critics of the supplement highlight that both Lipovox and Leptovox are very similar and with similar stories of ‘discovery' after watching Dr. Perricone highlight the ten superfoods on Oprah.
Bottom line: Consider the integrity of the company and review consumer feedback on the product before proceeding. Orovo does not provide an exhaustive list of the ten superfoods, only the ‘proprietary blend' of ingredients. Since the pills are not regulated in any way, and have not shown published medical results, it is questionable whether Orovo can actually enhance weight loss or improve acne.
Nuphedragen: Substitute for Amphetamines?

• Phenylethylamine (PEA): an Amphetamine-like substance that can imitate a chocolate buzz

Well I use orovo and workout and every claim that orovo has made has come true for me and not only me but my sister as well. If you think that I am one of the sellers you are wrong I just order it off of ebay from one of the sellers since it is cheaper that way. This stuff does work! I dont care what anyone says about it. A lot of sites say it does not work because they are trying to sell a different diet pill. I have tried hydroxycut, zan. 3, and a few others and this one and hydroxycut are the only ones that worked for me.
I have been taking NUPHEDRAGEN and I am a real consumer. I have tried almost all of the popular diet pills. Not since the original Metabolife have I found a diet supplement that has really decreased my appetite, give me energy, increase my mood and allow me to lose weight within a short period of time where I can see the results. The reason why I am on line right now is to order another bottle. Plus I wanted to see what others had to say because I find this pill to be remarkable. the only effects that I have experienced todate is slight headache and mild jitters and this is more from not eating at all versus the side effects from the pill. This is the only pill since Metabolife where I miss eating this is good for me. Since taking this pill I eat far less. I will snack on a little something and be greatly satisfied. it helps me be more focused on other things but food. It also gives me the motivation to walk because with this increased energy I feel there is something I have to do and if I don't I feel restless. Just recieved my order this morning.Was excited to get started. Took my first pill just before lunch time. Did notice a significant boost in energy and mood. Did get some borderline shakes which did make me snack on something but it wasn't because of hunger. Got up at 6 am this morning and I have 3 kids that stay at home with me. I waited 14 business days for them to ship to Canada. The customer service told me that that was the standard for international orders. [Canada being considered international because they had to ship across borders.] I guess it would be the same for the U.K.
No I am not following any exercise program, although I'm sure it would help a lot. I have lost about 6 pounds.....no side effects at all. Just a little boost of energy , no sleep disturbances,I am really doing nothing but taking the pills so I think 6 pounds are not bad at all. I have never had success with any weight loss pills or supplements in the past. I think I'm gunna order a bottle, I've tried for ages to loose weight - I'm abit confused about the actual lack of info on Nuphedragen web, theres alot about the scientific mumbo jumbo, but to mere mortals like me it doesnt make much sense. I want to know streight forward facts like - can i drink alcohol - what are the side effects. my first night i drank alot and woke up with a big headache.. might have been just a hangover though. hehe. but i feel fantastic when im on it. this drug has got to be bad for you when used over long periods.. i mean anything that produces a seratonin increase like that will probably cause your body to not produce as much naturally. but hey what the heck ill risk it for a few weeks.

I started taking Nuphedragen yesterday, i have 40kg to lose (almost 100 pounds) and already i feel energised and have hardly any appetite when i normally eat heaps!!! I have a slight headache from the caffiene and had a bit of trouble sleeping because i was restless but going from being a non coffee drinker to taking two tablets yesterday i am not surprised and am sure my body will adjust soon. This is my third day.....I got major jitters the first day.......it gets you energized but I find after a few hours I crash really hard. It helps with the apetite though and I suggest not to drink too much coffee....I think that's why I got the jitters so bad the first day........

I can't believe how great an appetite suppressant Nuphedragen really is. I was at dinner with some friends and family last night and wasn't even tempted by all the food on the table. I nibbled a little bit and was fine. Usually I could take out a few items with room to spare. I have found something that will really help me with my weight lost. I look forward to updating everyone when I can see the weigh difference. My lying scale can't be trusted though, lol. Much success everyone.
I've got 3 months supply and am going to start taking them on the 1st Jan. Along with this I am going to try and stick to a raw fruit and veg diet for 2-3 weeks and cut out dairy and wheat which I rarely eat anyway. Alcohol is being avoided totally for 2 months. I will be exercising at least 3 times a week compared to nothing at all at the moment. I will report back on my progress at the end of Jan. I would like to lose 44lbs but am not setting myself a time frame. However I don't really want to be on the pills for more than 6 months.
I took Nuphedragen for the first time today - got massive headache, jitters, and the feeling I was going to vomit - along with the feeling that my heart is beating much faster then it should. I took only one pill all day(though you are recommened to take 2), which was taken at 8:30 am - it is now 10:30 pm and I am still feeling sick. I do not think this product is safe. I did not reserch it when I ordered the bottle - but now that I have, I am kicking myself, as i cannot justify taking this health risk and therefore have wasted a lot of time and money on this product. A word to the wise - this product contains a "chemical cousin" (their words - which I believe to be bullshit) of a drug that is banned due to health problems real people have suffered - including heat attacks and death. They do not have to publish any side effects or the risks you may be taking, because the pill has not been FDA approved.
If I want to loose weight - I guess I'll have to do it the old fashioned way - which really sucks, as I'm a truely lazy person. But for my health, I suppose that will have to change.
Don't let these companies prey on your insecurities, and desire to be thin. Don't be lazy like I am/was - if you really feel you NEED to loose weight, work hard at improving your eating habits and life style - if you really want it bad enough you should have the conviction to do it the healthy way. Not the quick fix (which by the way, in my searching I found that the weight you do loose doesn't stay off for long) - This is more a speech to myself then anything else, but - it could be helpful to someone else out there with a similar plight.

I've been taking the pills sinse the 24th Dec. Jitters, headaches and a rabbit like heart racing happend to me. DO NOT take them in the early evening, I experienced myself lying trying to sleep while my heart was racing at a million miles an hour, I almost had a panic attack. Alcohol wise, yesterday i had not much alcohol at all, infact a single shot of SoCo and lemonaide, today I've woken up with a headache like I've never experienced before. I'm gunna continue, just out of curiosity, But I hate it that theres hardly any info on the pills on the web, and they didn 't come with an advice leaflet. Seems either like a scam, or a dodgy drugs dealing. No weight loss yet, I'll finish the bottle, they were after all, pretty expensive.
The info that came with the pills says to take 1 in the morning with 2 glasses of water and 1 before lunch with 2 glasses of water. They must say that for a reason...maybe as not to interfere with sleep. Be logical while taking the pills. If you are sesitive, reduce other caffeine and alcohol sources. All I can say is that I was bearly on it for 3 weeks and I lost 7 pounds all the while not doing anything else. The only info on the pills is the manufacturers website and hubpages like these....but their website does have an address where you can inquire about things. Have taken Nuphedragen for 1 week now weighing in at 223 just would like to start with 10 lbs (start small). I have not noticed any positive changed as stated: increased energy, increased mood, decrease in appetite, increase in motivation. I have just had negatives changes since I started such as: I am tired, still eating the same amount, no motivation to excercise, constantly thirsty, irritable/extremely moody, urine smells, acne, issues with my bowels. Curious to know what the safety concern are with these pills?? It was stated that the FDA did not approve due to the safety concern. I will continue to take the pills until the bottle is empty and will update this site to no change or any changes (details to what they may be).
So, I'm coming to the end of my first bottle of Nuphedragen. Results? Well, yes. I do feel thinner, some of my friends have mentioned that I seem to have lost a "couple of pounds". this is for betty.....you said your urine smells? Just on that alone I would quit taking them immediately. The pills may be causing an adverse reaction in your urinary tract or kidneys maybe even your liver. Are you drinking plenty of water? Not trying to be nosey, just give a little advice.

Okay everyone, you have to use common sense. Of course you don't want to totally depennd on any diet pills to take the weight off and keep it off. You have to do your part as well. You have to eat healthier, smaller portions, and believe it or not you should be eating at least three healthy meals and two balanced snacks a day. You also have to get moving, some exercise helps better then none. Every product is not for everyone. Make sure you consider all YOUR health factors. If you know you have adverse affects to caffeine, THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR YOU!!! Any stimulant will increase the effects of your body. That's what a stimulant does. If you have exsisting healh issues other then just wanting to lose weight, um maybe you might wanna talk to your doctor or better yet do what the doctor has already told you to do. Anything you take or do in excess can be detrimental to your health. Drinking too much water in a short period of time can cause significant health issues, are you going to stop drinking water??? I have been taking Nuphedragen for about two weeks now and I haven't had any side effects. I have been able to control my appetite much better which was my goal. Hence when I do eat, I eat smaller, healthier portions of food allowing my metabolism to increase, I'm burning the fat. As I wean myself off of these pills, I will have lost weight and my body will have learned to eat on a schedule. I noticed that I needed to eat before I took the pills. Although the instructions say take them before you eat, they work better for me after I eat. You have to figure out a few things when taking any suppliments into your body, 1. Is this product for me?; 2. What's required of me while on the product?; 3. Am I willing to do what's needed on this product? Hi I've been taking Orovo Detox for 2 days now. My appetite is definitely suppressed. I do feel a little nausea and jittery if I don't eat. I have just weaned my baby though and haven't had any stimulants for like 2 years so maybe that why I'm jittery. Also I have dry mouth but I guess its better to drink more water. I'm really into all natural things but can't seem to lose weight so I thought maybe this would a compromise for me. If anyone has any more info on this that would be great. i've been taking nuphedragen for a couple of weeks now and have lost a couple of pounds. has anyone else noticed anything unusual happen with their bowels whilst taking these?

update time! ok so i been on nuphedragen for 8 days now. and.... i have lost 4lbs already! everything has been going great. i eat less. and no side affects so far.
I started this last Sunday, I have probably 100pounds to lose I have 5 children, I have tried so many things. So far I have had no side affects and I have tons of energy which is amazing! One question though if you take the pills for 7 days the next seven days are you suppose to stop? And if so how did you do, not having the pill? I also agree everything now a days is unhealthy and to train your body to eat small portions is difficult when it is telling you give me more! Being over weight is not fun and you can have a heart attack just for being over weight, You know your body and how you feel what works for someone might not work for someone else! No offense though unless you are overweight, it is really hard to relate!
I take nuphedragen, I ordered it direct from them and got it by usps in 3 working days, for the cost I think it's worth at least a try. Every pill is different for each person, what works for one may not for another.
I have had 3 children, gained 100 lbs since my 1st one and all delivered by c-section so losing belly fat is ultra hard, plus I have a hernia so normal excersises like sit ups is impossible. I lost 50 lbs in a year, went from a size 20 jean to a size 12 and did it with aerobics and a healthy diet, lots of veggies and chicken breast. I used NO diet pills or 'quick fixes', I did that all by own will power. However, it's easy to lose some weight when you're over 200 lbs, sedentary and depressed...all you have to do is reverse all that! BUT everyone hits a low point in their weight loss, the closer you get to your bodys own 'goal' weight the harder it becomes until it seems impossible to even lose 1 more lb. I hit that point November '06, I was stuck at 160lbs, size 12. No matter how much harder I worked out or how much less I ate I couldn't lose an ounce or inch. In desperation I started taking slimquick and for about 4 months it worked minimally to help me lose 10 lbs and got down to a size 8. Ten lbs in 4 months isn't great but I think it helped me more with 'female' issues and hormonal stuff than anything, I felt better emotionally and it did work for some inch loss in the belly area. After the 4 months it seemed to quit working so I found nuphedragen and ordered it from their site. I got it in 3 biz days by USPS.
I have taken Nuphedragen for 10 days now and have a total lose of appetite, I am mega energized and alert. I haven't had any jittery feelings or sleeping problems and have even taken naps during the day w/o issues. For me, I feel that drinking alcohol and taking these pills does lead to a worse than usual headache the next morning but seems to go away quicker than 'usual' also. For me this pill has also created some bowel issues so to the one before me that asked about it, you're not alone.
Although I have a complete loss of appetite I don't mean to imply that I CAN'T eat, I just don't think of it all day now. Before these pills I would eat out of boredom and perhaps eat something that maybe I shouldn't have but now I don't care to do that, it's not a major thought anymore. When I do eat I feel full after just a bit of food and not an entire plate just because it's there.
So this is day 10 on Nuphedragen, i've lost 4 lbs and my jeans are noticably loser. I take the 2 pills/day as recommended and will probably get another bottle if it keeps working as well as it seems to be doing---just for the energy boost. I think for a healthy and motivated person this pill is fine to use for a while but of course you will also have to change the way you eat and start excersicing to make a real change in your weight. I love quick fixes but I know from my own experience over the last couple years that only a serious life style change is the real answer to weight loss and maintenance.
I am alittle Confused! Need some advice! Anyone taking Orovo! I purchased a bottle started it this last Sunday! I was only taking one pill before breakfast and one at lunch! After reading some of these comments I reread the bottle and noticed that I need to take 4pills before breakfast and 4 before lunch! I thought I purchased the the Orovo but I noticed my bottle said Orovo Detox so, is the Detox suppose to be used differently than the original or are they basically the same thing!
Christine....I ordered the Orovo and the Orovo 7 DFB (detox)...today was my first day to take them.... I haven't had any side effects, no jitters, no headache, the only thing i have noticed is that i'm not constantly looking for something to eat!... on the 7 DFB it states to take 6 pills 30 mins before eating breakfast / lunch..and drink 16-24 oz. of water I wonder if it will have any effect on the crow's feet around my eyes?...will update in a few days
I'm not taking any diet pills, but I am a college student who participates in a hefty amount of alcohol consumption. For those of you who mentioned headaches the morning after drinking and taking nuphedragen: since one person mentioned having a dry mouth, and another said that their headache was worse than usual, but went away faster than normal... This most likely means that the pills dehydrate you (hence taking them with 16oz of water instead of the standard 8oz), and in combination with alcohol, which also dehydrates you, you get a bad, dehydration-induced, hang-over-like headache the next morning (after all, normal hang-overs are caused by dehydration from alcohol). Drinking water will help get rid of this headache, or so I assume.
Actually, all the headaches that were mentioned (not just the ones from drinking) might just be from dehydration. ...So if you all are gonna take these pills, you should probably drink the reccomended eight eight-oz glasses of water a day to avoid dyhydration and/or headaches.

Hi. I just started taking the orovo detox, 4 pills before breakfast and 4 pills before lunch. 7 days on, 7 days off. I have noticed and immediate decrease in my appetite/ cravings. I have 30 pounds to lose to be in a healthy range. Has anyone lost weight during the 7 days off? It says that you lose more each 7 day detox. Has anyone had these results?

Ok. I'm convinced. I have to do something. Got a new man and a trip to the Mediterranean end of April. Ever since I had breast cancer I've been gaining weight. Hate exercising unless it's dancing or something fun. Too cold to go walking now and I'm tired of wasting money on gyms. I never commit. So, Orovo is my next try. I need to lose 30lbs. by April. So I ordered the Nuphedragen and received it tonight. I will begin taking it tomorrow. It took 3 days to recieve it. And it came in a white ups bubble wrap envelope. I will begin taking them tomorrow. I want to be able to record on here what happens during this time period. As It is I am short and I hold my weight well, but for what my BMI is supposed to be, I need to loose about 30 pounds to be at that weight. After reading some of these testimonies of how it works, I got a bit scared to begin, but I am going to go through with it. I made arrangements to begin working out 3 to 4 times a week, and with taking this, I hope to be able to learn a new way to eat, instead of snacking all day. I dont want to take this for the rest of my life, I have a feeling it isnt good on your body and your mind. I want to loose the pounds but it interested me to see that you could concentrate better on it and that is what finally got me to buy. I am a collge student working on my second major in 3 years. I always have homework and tests to study for and am hoping to gain better concentration for those skills. Well I feel as though I have written my life story.

I started taking Nuphendragen on 1/12, today is 1/17 and I have already lost 6 pounds. I have not had any cravings since I started taking them and I only got the jitters on the first day. I am also on a low carb diet (which is probably helping with the weight loss) and the only exercise I get is when I walk my dog about 4-5 times a day for about 15 minutes at a time. I haven't had any headaches or strange bowel symptoms since I started taking them either. So far they seem to be working.
well I just order the orovo detox. will see whats up with them. I already don't like the fact that I have to take for at a time not a big pill person but need to lose about 30lbs so I can get married. got to look good in that dress. keep y'all posted.
I bought the Orovo Detox and emailed them the question if you could take them by themselves or if you had to take them with the regular Orovo. Finally, they emailed me back telling me you can take them by themselves but my bottle says 6 pills before breakfast and 6 pills before lunch. Then don't exceed 2000 calories a day. Is anyone else finding success with these yet? Do you have the poops? I am afraid to take them at the office.
I just received the Orovo Detox and will be starting to take them in the morning 1/19/2008. Anyone know how much breakfast to eat? Is a bowl of cereal the norm? If I don't hear anything different that is what I am going to do. My weight is 173 im 5'7" and i plan to loose 15-18 pounds using the Orovo Detox, eating light meals and working out on weights 3 days and aerobics 3 days per week. I have done this workout for years and stopped about 3 months ago. I have always had a bad habit of eating too much and late night meals. We'll see how things go. I expect my poops to be diferent because it is a detox. It has to have somewhere to go. It is supposed to clean out your system. If I have any bad side effects I will let you know.

After two weeks of no positive affects from taking the pills I have stopped. I had some major side affects and just can not continue. I have been off for a week now since stopping with a lot left of very expensive diet pills. I guess I'd share that I did not loose any weight and I do not have a successful story to share.

i ordered my first bottles of nuphedragen last week still hasnt come yet, i ordered it from the official website. i have abount 25 pounds to loose. ive been on a consant diet as long as i remember all together i have lost 50 pounds, but nothing i do now will shift the rest of this weight............. so i hope this my help i need to get the rest of weight off. i'm going to do a low carb diet and alot of walking. i'm just worried that these will banned soon as on many reports there is sugestions that they will be taken of the market soon. wish me luck !!!
I started taking the Orovo Detox yesterday. I'm aiming to lose about 60 lbs by August (my anniversary) so I am joining Curves tonight. I haven't worked out in so long that I figured this was the route to go, at least to get in a low impact workout a couple times a week. In addition to the Orovo, and working out AT LEAST 3 times a week, I've committed myself to a much healthier diet. I know I can't cut out all of my guilty pleasures at one time but I'm definitely reducing the intake. I think this is the healthiest way to not only losing the weight but keeping it off after my anniversary comes and goes.
As far as the Orovo goes, I felt pretty good yesterday, was in the bathroom more than usual but nothing too drastic, today I started the morning off with one cup off coffee and I'm a little jittery but not really hungry at all. I had fruit for breakfast and that with the detox, well I'm sure you can imagine I've been hitting the bathroom all morning. This was expected and also the reason I started taking the pills on a non-work day. I weighed myself on Saturday morning so that's what I plan to do from now on. I'll update everyone next Monday morning on how the plan's working for me.
I am really interested in trying either the Orovo or Nuphendragen. I am just leary of scams on the internet. I hate giving out my credit card info. I guess I could get one of those prepaid credit cards and try that. I work out here and there, mostly chasing my two children. I take the Orovo Detox 7DFB by itself and I love it. I started Saturday and have been eating alower carb/low fat diet with it and have lost 10lbs already. I do drink a lot of water as I am very thirsty. I haven't seen a big increase in energy but I have gotten through my workouts easier.

I started Orlov today. no s/e noticed yet. will keep you all posted on effectiveness of this pill. I have taken many diet pills in the past. none as effective as phentermine. But, you need a prescription for that.

I have gained 100 lbs in the last 8 yrs.... I hate what I see in the mirror and I bet my hubby does not enjoy looking at me either (even if he does not complain). I want to loose those 100 lbs and boost my selfesteem, I am so scared to take any kind of pills because I have 2 kids that i want to be around for but i think it is time to do something, I would like to get some help deciding between Orove detox and nuphendragen i need the least amount of side effects.....I've tried all natural and conventional methods and even thought about lap band but surgery is scarier than pills.....
JJ-I have not had any side effects that come to mind. Just drink a lot of water to keep "everything moving". Please note that I do not take the Orovo with the 7DFB. I just take the 7DFB ALONE.

It is so hard to just diet and excersice that sometimes you need a little help. I have tried just about every diet there is and always seem to gain the weight back. Is there anything that helps keep the weight off?
I have now taken the Orovo Detox for 6 days. I have rotated running 1.5 miles and full body circuit training per day. I have changed my eating habits to about 2/3rds of what I was eating before. I have had about two beers each night with my buddies.
I have no side effects from the Orovo. I have lost 1 pound. This may be because I am building muscle, I am not sure. I am not going to stop for the middle week because I feel losing only one pound is not unhealthy.
I generally feel better, but I have been working out. It is too hard at this point to tell if these pills are working or not. I will keep you posted in a few more days.
My name is Sofi and I just received my first bottle of Nuphedragen today and took my first pill about two hours ago. I feel great. I am a buffet restaurant manager and I work long days. I also have a five year old. I am usually exausted when I come home. My husband was shocked to see me dancing around the house at midnight. I have been on a low carb diet for about a week. I've been taking orovo detox for a few days and have not noticed much difference except i have no urge to eat a large meal anymore. i don't have a scale so i don't know if i've lost weight, but i don't really see it. i guess i'll keep taking it for a month.
I'm on day two of taking Nuphedragen, I took 4 pills today. One before breakfast, one before lunch, one around 6, and one about 45 min ago. The bottle says not to exceed 4 per day. Today was my day off. I walked around the mall from 2 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. before I realized what time it was and started to feel tired. I'm not hungry eigther. I only ate because it was a meal time and my son was eating. I'm still sticking to a low carb diet in conjunction with taking nuphedragen. I am waiting for some hoodia chewing gum to arrive via mail from ebay. They are not because the pills are not suppressing my appetite, but because I'm a smoker and I get cravings to eat or chew when a smoke break is not possible. I am going to wait another day or so before I weigh myself again. For those of you keeping a daily eye on the scale, make sure to way yourself in the morning after using restroom, naked. I learned that you gain up to 4 lbs throughout the day from food and fluids. This can discourage someone weighing daily.
I have been using Nuphedragon for about 3 weeks now. No weight loss at all for me but I have been taking it with a gravol because it makes me feel nauseous. I don't know if taking a gravol with it lessens the effectiveness of nuphedragon. I am starting to take it without gravol and Ive been finding that if I take the pill with a huge glass of water then the side effects aren't as bad. I have been taking the orovo detox for 2 days now. My first dose gave me ALOT of energy. The second dose I did not notice the energy boost but I will say I have serious heartburn and I did have a really bad headache. I did notice the decline of appetite and it is possible the headache was lack of calories. I had only had like 650 calories for the day and it was 9pm last night. Keep in mind if you have a sensitive stomach it does have ingredients like Cayenne Pepper and Ginger. I woke up with the Heartburn. Keep in mind you may have an increase in bowel movements. Remember it is a DETOX so it is cleaning out your system. You MUST drink lots of water to the ingredients can work to flush your system.
I have 210 pounds to lose so will keep you posted. HOWEVER I will tell you what might help is. I have started eating 1 packet of the weight control oatmeal for breakfast and a grilled chicken salad for lunch and a normal dinner with no snacking and I lost 16lbs in 20 days with no pills.

I'm on day three now of taking nuphedragen. I just weighed myself and I'm down 6 lbs. It is night and I usually weigh in the morning. I'm probably down more, but I won't know till morning. I'm still eating low carb as well, but not low fat. Steak fat is actually good for cholesterol and helps to burn fat. I'm glad to have this place to share my experience because it motivates me to keep going.
dear dawn I know what you mean about the heartburn I've been on it fo 5 days now would of been 6 day today but had to take a brake from the heartburn I drink alot of water so I don't know what to do for it . well it been 5 days no weight loss just a lot of bloting don't want to eat anything.(just took a dose here comes the heartburn)well this better be werth it
I've been taking 2 nuphedragen pills a day since January 1st. I did not take them for a week as I had a bronchial chest infection and was prescribed 6 anti inflammatory steroids a day for 5 days so decided against popping any other pills. I have not had any real side effects apart from bursts of energy and feeling thirsty. I've been drinking 2 litres of water a day and eating heallthily and smaller portions and taking a multi vitamin. I have been on the pills nearly 3 weeks and will be weighing myself for the first time since taking the pills on Saturday morning so will post on Monday my report about any weight loss.
Have contemplated the lighter life diet as have heard good reports from people although expensive at £66 a week. Also read recently about the drug alli. $60 in the US. Sounds a bit risky in terms of side effects (odd leakages! but effective all the same) Has anyone tried it and what do you think?

So i started to orovo detox today, just took the 4 pills for the morning. I have been wokring out every morning for about a week now. I have changed my diet, to eating oatmeal in the morning and a banna and no snacking on junk food anymore, just vegetables and fruit. Trying to drink as much water as i can, but it is difficult bc i always have to go to the bathroom! I am 5'5 and weight 175, i'm trying to get back to my regular weight which was around 140 in high school, as im 21 now. I've been doing the eliptical for about 20 minutes every morning, which resiults in about 1.5 miles, other than a little over 3 miles on saturday. Keep everyone updated on any loss. This is so great to talk to real people, and get real results!!
Okay so I weighed myself Saturday morning, started the Orovo detox on Sunday...as of Thursday morning I had lost 9 lbs. I got sick Friday so I didn't take it that day or all weekend. So I've been off for 4 days and I started taking them again today. The first day I felt fine, the second day was jittery and then I was okay. Today I have a bit of an energy boost and a lack of appetite. I've also cut down on eating out, been eating a lot of fruits and veggies and have been working out. So far so good, if you don't mind the frequent bathroom trips.

I started taking Orovo two days ago and have had major cramping, heart palpitations, nausea and zero energy. I'm throwing the pills out as I type. What a scam.
Stated taking Orovo Detox this morning. Followed as instructed, taken 4 capsules 30min before the breakfast with plenty of water. I have major nausea, dizzyness, headache and no energy. Just before I was getting better, it was almost lunch time and I've taken another 4 caps. Again, the headache, nausea, dizzyness came back. I have been drinking plenty of warm water. I felt the heat from my body (could be fat burning?) and get very hungry.
Will this thing work? Well I don't know yet. I have a good body system, I eat 3 meals a day and take shit every day. If I don't have breakfast/lunch, I go hungry and get dizzy. In other words, I must have breakfast and lunch and my body absorbs energy from food. I just farted and its smell is different from now.
I need to lose at least 6.6lbs and my aim was 10lbs. It is now 6pm, still dizzy and am getting ready for dinner. NO I won't do any excercise, I just rest at home. Nor I won't change my appetite. Keep ya all posted.
i took the 4 Orovo Detox pills before lunch, and after i ate felt somewhat anxious and jittery but i didnt feel hot, i am not sure if this is bc my body is not use to all this caffeine, bc i have never drank coffee before and i dont drink soda. I just ate dinner and feel a lil better, but still kinda jittery.... i think i might try to take the pills later in the day bc i was thinking maybe i took them to close together? 9:30 and 1:30?

a little background information. i was about 212lb about a year ago, i was told about a prescription drug called duromine which containes phentermine. it is a major appetite depresant and energy booster. i got a prescription, lost about 25lbs in 3 months, this was on a 2 week on 1 week off routine. this routine was stressed by the doctor so you do not get use to the drug. it was also recommended to drink lots of water, which i did anyway. a few side effects, lack of sleep and headaches if i didnt drink enough water.
after my prescription ran out i did not get another one. unfortunately my hunger came back after a few weeks and now i am back up to my original weight. i am now looking for an alternative, as well as going back to the gym and giving up alcohol for a month.
Nuphedragen seems to be my first choice so far after reading lots and lots of reviews. there seem to be some side effects, but they appear to be minor compared to other drugs in this category. i will adopt the same strategy that i had when i took duromine. 2 on 1 off with lots of water and hopefully a lot more exercise. if i purchsae Nuphedragen i will let you know how i go.

i lowered my doss to 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at lunch, i figured i would let my body adjust to it gradually, rather than jumping into basically 2 cups of coffee a day. so we will see... i did 30 minutes on the eliptical today and burnt 300 calories.. so we will see!
Okay so I commented yesterday that I was back on the Orovo detox and had lost 9 lbs as of Thursday but had not weighed since. I weighed this morning (Wednesday) and I had to weigh myself twice! I'm down 19 lbs in 10 days. The jitters are gone, I'm eating a lot healthier so that is helping a lot I'm guessing since there really is no "miracle diet pill". I have had acid reflux for years so I take Prilosec every morning which is probably the reason I haven't had any heartburn. Side note: I've been taking the Orovo ONLY before breakfast and I'm eating a healthy breakfast, a healthy snack, a decent lunch, by dinner I'm not as hungry so I don't eat as much as I did for lunch and then fruit or yogurt again about two hours after dinner to fill that "sweet" craving. Before I would skip breakfast, have a regular sized lunch and then would eat a lot for dinner and that was it. So hopefully the small meals throughout the day are speeding up my metabolism and assisting with the weight loss. Good luck everyone!

Well, I have only been on nuphedragen for barely 2 days and I have noticed a huge change. I am not tired and sluggish throughout the day and I get really good sleep as long as I don't take the second pill past 3pm. I have already lost almost 3 lbs, but some of that could be water. The pills do make you thirsty.

I've been taking them since tuesday, and i think i've notived a little change.. idk i weighed myself yesterday and i havent lost anything, but i also have been working out alot with the eleptical and some other weight machines, so i oculd be building mucsle but its only the third day soo.. idk?? I only took 5 pills yesterday instead of eight and felt alot better, so i switched it up to 3 in the morning and 3 at lunch so maybe i will start to get use to the caffeine high. I do feel extremly tired this morning bc i was up really late, so maybe the pills will wake me up!

Hi guys, I noticed a lot of you said you've been experiencing jitters etc? Have you tried changing from Nuphedragen to Fenphedra? Think it's made by the same company (as website is identical) and has all the same ingredients, except it also contains something called Humulus Lupus, which apparently has a calming effect. I just orederd NUPHEDRAGEN yesterday, I'm 35 and until about 2 yrs ago I have always be at a normal weight. I have gained about 40 extra pounds in 2 yrs and need to lose them. I have started taking a multi-vit and going to gym at least 1 or 2 times a week and watching what I eat and still not losing anything. Well i just ordered my first bottel of nuphedragen on ebay today (02/05) and its suppose to be priority shiped so hope to get in by the end of the week. I am trying to lose 20 to 30 lbs in 6 weeks (lol, i know crazy). I already drink so much coffee a day im not worried about shaking or jitters. I can only take these monday thru friday due to the fact on weekends im on a perscription to keep me awake for my overnight job the doctor gave me and i dont think it would be good to take both on the same day. I will keep you all updated on when i get it and if it works for me. Keep your fingers crossed!!!
OK, so I have been taking nuphedragen for exactly a week so far and OMG I lost 6 lbs!! I really didn't expect it to work this fast. My jeans are looser, and I feel a lot better energy-wise. I took 3 pills instead of 2 the last two days and it seems to help my metabolism all throughout the day. I did notice though that taking three pills tends to make it harder for me to go to sleep even if I do make sure I take all of them before 2 or 3p.m.
I think nuphedragen is great! It has had an immediate impact - no appetite, masses of energy. I had to remember to eat - and then practically force my self to have something. I immediately began to lose weight at the rate of about 1 lb per day (starting weight 208lbs - at 6 foot) I did not drink caffeine anyway, and I am sure if you do usually you would need to cut this out, because this is what will lead to jitters.

well i took both doses of orovo detox today.no bad side effects yet.this is my first day so we will see how it goes. my weight is 148 now and i want to be 128 so i got 20 lbs. to go.check in w/u guys later on in the week and let u no how it goes. the energy is not jitery it is refreshing. just make sure ur not nervous before taking the pills or it may have a different side effect i guess.hope this is the help ive needed and been looking for.good luck guys!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I Started taking Orovo Detox Jan 1/08, I've just started my second bottle and have lost 21 lbs. in five weeks. I also changed my eating habits, never use to eat breakfast but I have a bowl of All Bran with half a banana or a scramble egg on 12 grain bread, usually have a good salad for lunch, yogurt about 2 hours later and whatever I'm making my family for supper, I eat it as well but just a smaller portion. I'm not a big water drinker but do try to get down at least 3 8oz. glasses a day. I did have the gitters for about 3 days but it does go away and my energy is awesome. I did have about 50 lbs to lose and now I'm down to 29 to go, I'm really excited.

I just ordered my first bottle of orovo today i have to wait a week till i get it. I am concerned about who to believe and who not to, who may work for the company, since im not use to the internet, only had it a few months. I am all for all natural products so orovo falls into place for me. I have detoxed before and do know that sometimes you will feel horrible, because it is pushing all your toxins out of your body! On other detox products i have felt sick and my insides feel warm but thats because you have lots of toxins in your body and with such a fast flush your body can have lots of weird changes on certain days. for instance, i was taking this 14 day detox and for the first week i got zits and i was really sick but right after i felt better than ever all my zits went away and i had tons of energy. I hope this helped someone at least. I will keep everyone posted as soon as i get my orovo, it is nice to be able to talk to other people that are doing the same thing as i will be doing. oh by the way does anyone know if it is better to take the orovo alone or with the orovo 7dfb? i believe i bought the 7dfb i guess i better go look. lol. just not sure if anyone would know or have tried both i would like to compare so i get the best result. Hi Tammy, I've not tried the Orovo yet..... although i'd be interested in how it works for you. I'm waiting for my order of fenphedra (same as neuphadregen) at the moment and if it doesn't work i'll be looking for an alternative!! Kerry... are you actually eating breakfast after the first tablet though? Maybe the trick is to force yourself to eat something when you're not hungry and then maybe you won't get the starving feeling? I don't know though....... i'm still waiting for my order!!! Hey Tammy, I hear you when you say it's hard to know what or who to believe. I also did a 12 day detox about a year ago, Wild Rose it was called...same effects as you, tired, irritable, zits, it was actually hard to stay on it but I did. This orovo detox I found is awesome for suppressing hunger and gives you lots of energy, the only problem I found is that I love my first cup of coffee in the morning and I did have to cut it out because I would get the jitters big time and it really wasnt' a great feeling. I honestly don't work for the company, have tried many, many different diet pills and patches and they either bung me up or just don't plain work. Orovo helps me with my hunger and now that I've been on this "Plan" for almost 6 weeks, I'm getting use to my different eating habits and it has gotten a lot easier.

Hi I am 43 yrs old and my baby is 19!! I have been battling the buldge in one way or another since then. Since turning 40 I have gained over 40 pounds when I was already big this did not help. I am diabetic (controlled) and have high blood pressure (controlled) I really REALLY want to try this Nuphedragen 3 since I think it will help me control my appetite, get more energy and be motivated again. I am just worried with these health issues is it safe for me ?? Does anyone know?

Well... I promised to update everyone. Obviously, this is my first day of taking the neuphedragen (Fenphedra)so I won't have lost any weight yet. But what I CAN tell you is that I feel quite odd. I've taken the 2 tablets (one in morning and one at lunch time) and I've been not been able to eat a single thing today. This is very strange for me as I'm always hungry usually. It got to about 11am and I decided that I'd better eat something so I tried to eat an orange - I managed 2 segments and then threw the rest away and now it's lunch time and the thought of eating is not appealing to me at all. I'm not sure if this is the pills or psychological?!!? I guess I'll know after a few days. I do feel quite energised though, which is making me feel a bit anxious actually as I start worrying about what I might be doing to myself. Hmm. I already take medication for anxiety and depression so I'm not sure what affect this is going to have.....
Re the comment above by Trudy - I'm not sure if they'd be such a great idea with high blood pressure.... I think it said something about that on the website. You might need to do a bit of research first.

Hi everyone, I got my order yesterday or orovo detox and started them this morning. So far i have some really good energy!! I ate a peice of toast for breakfast. I have no hunger pains and dont feel like eating. My mom has been on it for 3 days and has not lost any weight but did say she was on the toilet alot the first day!! i have not gone there yet but im sure i will be soon lol. I will continue to keep everyone updated on my progress, and my moms.
Trudy, with Diabetes and HBP i would not try the Nuphedragen 3. If you are just concerned about your appetite control try Hoodia. Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressor and doesnt affect the central nervous system. I am going to give it try and if to no avail i will try the OROVO detox. sounds good to me!!

I just started my second cycle of orovo detox, and i have not lost any weight. i need to lose about 40 lbs. i am a college student, so i walk a lot every day, and have begun to eat healthier. like i said, i have not lost any weight. the pills also make me feel nauseous after taking them for the first coupld of days, and i feel shaky and my heart rate increases. i also have been going pee a lot more, probably from drinking so much water. has anyone else felt these side effects? i am wondering if i should stop taking them, but i am also desperate to lose weight. any suggestions?

Well, I promised to update so here I am. Day 3 of the nuphedragen (fenphedra)and I have lost 3lbs!! Really surprised actually. This is in conjuction with exercise though, but I haven't exercised any more than I usually do.
I'm finding it 'ok' so far.... first day I felt quite jittery and anxious, second day was all fine, but today I feel a bit jittery again. I've found that even a can of diet coke makes me feel anxious and uneasy. I've been drinking water like you wouldn't believe though - I'm not much of a drinker usually and 'forget' to drink. But I'm getting through 2 litres of water before lunch time at the moment and I can't seem to stop peeing... :-) In terms of energy - I do seem to be able to go for it a bit more at the gym and seem to be sweating a lot more than usual... hence drinking even more water...
Don't think I will plan on being on these pills for too long as they've obviously doing strange things to my body. However..... I AM losing weight. Will see how things are in a week and will update again.

I received my pills 2/15. Today is my second day taking them. I got a migraine yesterday. Not sure if it was related to pills tho as I usually get a migraine once every other month, so I was due for one. No jitters. I think it is important to drink the 16oz of water they suggest with each pill as I did feel dehydrated by the end of the day. Hasn't affected my sleep yet either. I would like to lose 40-45lbs. Ok heres my update i have been on Orovo Detox for 6 days now the only thing i have gotten is i pee alot. NO weight loss no nothing! Its quite depressing! My mom ended her first 7 day cycle yesterday and she has not lost any weight either. Makes me wonder about this product... I am not gonna quit taking it because pills work different on everyone but still i figured at least a pound or two but no nothing. I do not have the same energy as i did the first couple days either so i must just be getting use to them. I have a couple questions i hope someone can answer for me... I'm on my 7th week with Orovo Detox, on for 7 off for 7. I'll be honest with you, I did not weigh myself for 5 weeks from when I started taking the Orovo, reason being, I didn't want to get discouraged. I have also changed my eating habits and I power walk at least 5 times a week for 1 hour. At 5 weeks I had lost 21 lbs, I'm pretty sure I've lost more by now but will not weigh myself for another 3 weeks...perhaps try giving it one more week and see what happens.
So it's been 3 days. No burst of energy, no loss of appetite. I too wonder if I should take the Nuphedragen with the 7dfb. I guess I should order that too. I wonder if doubling the dose would help. 2 pills before breakfast and 2 before lunch. It says take no more than 4 a day. Hmmm, we'll see what happens.
I have been eating less food not necesarily always healthier food. Usually just smaller meals..I have three little boys 2,3 and 4 and they keep me constantly busy. I try to do some exersizes during the day but the boys and cleaning keep me very busy. my husband is in the army rangers over in afghanistan so i am constantly busy and get no "me time" to exersize routinely. Holy crap Tammy, after reading your comment, I phoned my girlfriend who is also taking a diet pill and I didn't know it but it is Lipovox, she came over and we went over the ingredients from her bottle and my bottle of Orovo, EXACT SAME INGREDIENTS!!!! Everybody has different body types and whether Orovo works for you or not, I at least hope you give it a good try and try not to weigh yourself for a couple of weeks...I have three boys as well, only difference is, mine are all big, I am 44 and my boys are 15, 18 and 20, in fact, my oldest son will be 21 next month and we are taking him to Las Vegas for his birthday, that is what has me so darn motivated to lose this weight, I am probably doing more than most besides taking the Orovo because I am meeting a couple of my girlfriends in Vegas and I've not seen them since I played in a soccer tournament with them in October...By the way, I live in Canada, on the west coast. They are actually different products though and have slightly different ingredients if you look closely. I've read a few reviews about both and if you mail either of them to ask a question they will get back to you straight away.

OK, update time. I have been on the nuphedragen pills for... about a month now, amd I have lost 10 lbs. I am halfway to my goal weight. This is really exciting, as I have not been able to do this on my own. However, I have been noticing some bothersome side effects this past couple of weeks. First of all I had a full blown panic attack for the firat time in my life last week, and I know that nuphedragen was the reason it got so bad. Secondly, I have been noticing increased moodiness and rapid heartbeat which definitely scares me a little bit. I am thinking I will probably stop taking them, but it is as Rose said it is good angel vs. bad angel...
well i just tried to post another comment explaining why i accidentally posted three of those above comments, it wasnt my fault for some reason it just did it on its own. and now everytime i try to post something it dosnt show up. oh well im done trying to mess with the system lol. update time, i have been through my first week on of orovo and this is my 3 rd day of my off cycle i started the detox foot pads last night also to maybe try a more thurough cleanse today i woke up early and felt great for a little while, not sure if its the pads or the pills because i havent lost any weight yet still on the pills. but i do feel better everyday more energy and feeling better about losing weight, must be a total mind thing because i havent lost any lol. Although those detox foot pads are awesome, i couldnt believe the crap i saw on that pad when i woke up in the morning and i actually felt better than i had in the mornings then i had since the first two days of my orovo. well i'll keep everyone updated as time goes by. by the way no side effects from the orovo yet. I did go buy some grapefruit fiber thinking that it would help the cleanse a little faster, whoa bad idea!! that stuff is soooo nasty i couldnt even drink it lol...im all for all natural but when it tastes that bad i'll go another way.. also anyone trying to buy all natural products be aware that most "all natural" products dont actually have what they say they have in them thats why its a very good idea to get a study done on them and if you cant do that see if the health store you purchase it from has sent it to a lab for research, i found the best brand out there , well in my town, is the 'NOW' brand they have around 98% of what they say is actually in it. That is one thing i would like to do with this Orovo, send it into a lab to see how many fillers they have in it. I am gonna see about getting that lab test done why spend all this money if we are only actually getting 20 or 30% of the products listed in the ingredients. Hopefully we are not getting lied to but you never know. so i will let everyone know when i get that done....by the way my mom quit the Orovo, she believes its a scam, she hasnt lost a pound and she eats better than me and exersizes, but she isnt a big believer in all natural products anyways, she just wants a pill to take her pounds off fast with no wait. ok thanks for the time..
like everyone else, it took about 2 weeks for my nuphedragen to arrive. i have been taking it for about 2 weeks now. the first week was really good, i lost about 15 pounds. the second week has been a lot slower. i am also doing about 10 minutes of rowing exercises at least 3 times a week. im eating good too, breakfast, some fruit and yoghurt during the day, and a lean dinner.
at the start of the second week i started taking c9-t11 which is a muscle building additive. i don't think that i will be losing any weight but i have definitely noticed that i am losing fat. i'm just replacing that with muscle growth instead of losing it all together. my partner definitely noticed it, and so did my work pants.
i'm only taking 1 pill in the morning, half hour before breakfast, and im not taking any on the weekend, so far so good. ill provide further updates in 2 weeks or so. good luck to all
Hi all, I am 43 and am just starting on nuphedragen today, I have managed to lose 9lb on my own over the last month but need a bit of help now! Reading through all your comments there seems to be more success stories than failures on these tablets so I am hoping to update soon with a success story of my own. I have also ordered 7dfb (got fed up yesterday waiting for nuphedragen, so of course they arrived today!!!) so I dont reckon taking both at the same time will be a good plan, what do you guys think? I am a bit scared of having panic attacks, ad them a couple of years ago and thought I was gonna die! Anywhow, good luck to you all out there still trying on these things and hope your weight is falling off as fast as I am hoping mine will :-)
Well after several migraines and no weight loss, I've decided to return the two unopened bottles I still have. I've tried to contact them to ask how to return unopened bottles and have gotten no reply. We'll see what happens.
Has anyone tried returning their unopened bottles with success? I've emailed both nuphedragen@support.com and devminrd@yahoo.com and haven't received replies.
I've also tried calling 801-427-6728 that they give you in case you are unhappy with the product and want to return. The message I get says, "We're sorry, the number you have dialed is not valid. Please check your number and dial again." So what does that say? THIS IS A SCAM!
The only guarantee you'll get is getting ripped off when Nuphedragen doesn't work! They promise this product works and it does not for everyone! This has been a definite learning experience as I've thrown away money. Be weary readers. There is NO PILL that works for everyone and taking a chance is just that...chance. If weight loss came in a pill, EVERYONE with weight issues would be taking it and America wouldn't be so overweight. Some side effects: Migraines, Irritability, Rapid heart beat, Panick feeling, Skin feels like it's crawling. The biggest problem I've experienced was the migraines and feeling short tempered and VERY ANGRY. Not good!!! All the while my appetite was the same.
this is my first week in nuphedragen. After few weeks of researching the diet pill market I decided to go with this pill. Diet pills world is really frustrating because once you try to research one product and submit the inquiry, the responses are (for the most part) that this particular product is no good at all and here is "our" product to consider instead, that is safer and produces better results.
I think the most important thing is individual approach. One of my friend is on Alli and another on some Chinese herbal pill: both have good results. I chose nuphedragen for my own reasons and it works for me: my energy is up, my appetite decreased (I don't even have crave chocolate!), I feel better overall.
My main target is not to loose pounds, but get rid off excess fat around my waist, and it is working! Even without vigorous exercise ( I do yoga few days a week) this pill does the trick for me. We'll see what the 2nd week brings.
As to side effects - I haven't notice any, but this again could be just me.
I'm on my third week of nuphedragen now..... first week i lost 4 lbs, second week I didn't lose anything in weight, even though my clothes felt loser, and this week i've lost an additional 4 lbs. So 8 lbs altogether in 3 weeks. I've not changed my routine at all, have still been exercising 3 times a week and eating 3 meals a day - i have noticed that i'm getting fuller quicker and don't snack as much as i was.
However.... I have started taking alongside another herbal pill (proactol) which apparently binds 28% of the fat you eat, so i'm not sure if this has been aiding in my loss or not...?? Will see how i go over the next couple of weeks...

Ok, Ive tried it enough, orovo hasnt helped me do anything except get constipated!! I lost two pounds a week ago but gained it right back. I have tried eating better and i excersize so i thought i would lose something just for those facts but i guess not. back to square one.

The name Nuphedragen is clearly meant to sound like "new ephedra", reminding consumers of ephedra, a popular weightloss supplement taken off the market several years ago due to extremely dangerous effects. The chemicals in Nuphedragen work similarly and when i looked for medical literature i found NO data evaluating the chemicals safety. As a doctor i expect this drug to be similarly dangerous. I suggest avoiding this and similar weightloss supplements even if you are otherwise healthy...
I have been taking the 7-DFB fat burner pills for a week now. They were suppose to help you lose weight in a week for at least 7 pounds and up, but I have not lost any. I am not sure if it's cus of the way my body is. During last year of 2007, I have been losing weight and gaining (all within 20 pounds), like a yo-yo diet. I used to not eat and lost weight fast, but also gaining them back fast as soon as i'm back to eating normal. (My skinniest weight is about 100 pounds, heaviest 125.) It is very hard for me to lose weight now, and I really want to lose weight, I have a small frame, and I love skinny. It no longer works when I don't eat, I don't lose weight anymore. I want to know if there's any pills that can help me.
I also tried taking the Hoodia pills, but they gave me difficulty to falling asleep and did not help in losing weight. I just bought the Orovo and 7-DFB pack, waiting for it to arrive and hoping this would really work.
I eat very healthy, but do enjoy sweets every now and then, and I do control myself if i do eat sweets. I have also tried dieting and exercising, but I'm sorry to say, it does not work on me for some weird reason. I bought the orovo detox, they came in the mail yesterday and i decided to start them today. I'm 150lbs, 5'8" and 28yrs and i'm trying to lose about 10 to 15 lbs. I only took two pills before breakfast and i'm about to take 2 more for the lunch dose. I am feeling kind of hyper, I would not recommend starting with the full dosage of 4 pills for breakfast and 4 for lunch but that could just be me. I'll post again in 7 days with my results...oh and Maggs people are not responding to you because you are not posting anything helpful, have you tried using the product? What were your results? how do you know its a scam? different things work for different people.

I started Orovo detox on Monday 3/11/08 and by Wednesday evening I have officially lost 5lbs.! I haven't been to the gym either because I've been working a lot this week. We'll see how the next four days go.
Started Orovo today. Did get heart burn ( but the trick to getting rid of heart burn is chewing gum). I felt like I can run 100 miles today. I had so much energy. It blocks your appitie also. I understand why you lose weight. I did a 4 mile walk today and some weight training. My goal is to lose about 40 pounds. Well I will let you know if I notice any side effects.
I have also started keeping a food journal to wacth my calorie intake. Did you know if you take in 1,500 calories and burn at least 500 calories a day you will lose 1 to 2 pounds a day.
i was on them for a week and all was good took my mind of food completely but then on sunday night i was feeling really sick all day then i threw my guts up and then my nose started pouring with blood i never have nose bleeds ever so im putting it down to the tablets mine are goin in the bin
I just received my orovo yesterday and took my 4 pills before breakfast this morning I didn't eat very healthy though. I feel kinda spacey and a little jittery, but have no appetite at all. I am actually having a hard time drinking water and I drink about 72 ounces of water a day usually. I don't want to put anything in my mouth. I am not sure if I should take 4 more before lunch because of the way I feel. Hopefully I will lose my 20lbs. I'll keep ya'll posted.
So it is now 5pm same day and I am just starting to feel a little better. I was spacey and really tired I did go to bed really late last night though. I ate a very little lunch, but not because I was hungry I just thought it would help me feel a little better which it did. I did not end up taking the other 4 pills that I was supposed to before lunch. I think tomorrow I will just take 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch until my body gets used to it.

Over the weekend I took two before breakfast and I felt fine, but still had a hefty appetite. This morning I took 3 before breakfast and feel terrible again. Sandra did you loose that weight by only taking 1 before each meal or how did you do it? I want to use this product because I believe it will work if I can just figure out how many to take without feeling sick all day.

I began taking Orovo-Detox last Friday and have lost about 8 lbs...probably because I am so sick that I can't keep solid food down. About 2 days into it, I had to pretty much sit in a bathroom not knowing which end it was going to come out of...gross, but accurate. I thought I had caught a stomach bug and discontinued it's use while I was "sick"...today was my first day of feeling 100%- I ate last night and kept everything down- so I got back on it today and lo and behold, within about 20 minutes I was feeling nauseated and had the extreme urgency to use the restroom. On the plus side for serious dieters...usually being sick for a few days is enough time to shrink your stomach so that once you do start eating correctly again you won't be apt to eat so much- it's easier to start a healthy eating plan after something like this...but the negative side is, who has time to be that sick? And really, why do that your own body? If this works for you, then great, but I don't think it's the healthiest solution. Just an opinion. Excuse me, I have to go throw-up AGAIN.
I am 54, weigh the most I have EVER weighed in my entire life, 214 lbs. I have tried so many things. Of course, I had lost a lot of weight on ephegra products and Atkins Diet and kept off for about 18 months each time, but creeped back once I got into menopause. "M" sucks! I just started the Orovo 7 dfb yesterday, I've been awake for 19 hours, I tried to go to bed at my usual time and tossed and turned for 4 hours before getting up and searching the internet for other people who have had problems sleeping on this, so far, I'm alone. Could be because I'm not used to the caffeine, but I havn't had any jitters or headaches. I did feel nausea when I took them the first time on an empty stomach. I will take them again today and if I still can't sleep, thats it.

I was taking some pills called grenades over here from a gym my friend goes to but they were giving me bad jitters and was getting all sorts of twinges but was losing weightl lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I was too scared to carry on with grenades so looked online and found orovo. Thought would be totally safe as all ingredients seemed harmless. Took 4 before breakfast and feeling jittery and anxious. Hi my name is Nicola and i live in the UK. I stumbled across this site yesterday while researching Nuphedragen. It was really nice to find a website that has real peoples opinions on this product. That pleased that i decided to buy them last nite. Im half way through studying a degree in Human Nutrition and i can tell you i am not joking when i say that i have tryed just about every diet, crash diet and slimming pills that are available and i am feeling quite optimistic about these. Yes we are all aware that a healthy diet and regular exercise is the key to weight lost, but it is not alway as simple as that. I have struggled with my weight since i was around 8 and my weight has ranged between 6 stone to 13 stone which i am today. I have around 56 pounds to loose and i am really excited about this. I my height is 5"4. Anyway i will keep you updated on my progress and the effects that the pills are having.
Hi!, ok I'm in my second cycle for the orovo detox and I lost 5lbs so far. The pills really do help to keep me from eating too often. However I cant seem to get up to the full dosage without getting jittery or light headed. I would not recommend taking the full dose your first day. But other than that the pills give me lots of energy and i think i might make may weight goal with them.

Am on my second day of orovo detox, took 4 tablets before breakfast yesterday and left it at that cos was feeling jittery and fuzzy for some parts of day. Also have twinges like indigestion pains in chest which is very unusual for me. Have taken 4 again today but no effects as yet. Wasn't as picky yesterday and appetitite was less. in between stopping pink grenades and starting orovo have gained 2lb. Does anyone know if orovo contains Ephedera? I didn't think so but after researching the pink grenades i thought this was the ingredient that caused the jitters and it has been banned by some organisations who say it is highly dangerous?????

After two days of taking orovo detox and having jitters, rapid heart beat and on off niggly headache i asked my nurse friend to take my blood pressure. It went through the roof she said i should go straight to the doctors. 168 over 138. I am embarassed to tell her i have been taking a diet pill i bought online and have put them straight in the bin. I am worth more than this and i have made an appointment with doctor for mon 31st march 08. I am hoping my blood pressure will be back to normal as i have never had a high result before. I bought these pills believing they were harmless which is obviously not true.
Just thaught that I'd add my comment. I have taken the regular Orvoro pills for about 2 months and I lost 20 pounds. It curved my appetite and I did have a lot of energy. I definatly ordered more. I am only 19, and that might have something to do with my success because I've heard before that it's a lot easier for people under 21 to lose weight.

I ordered bout 10 days ago, is it ever gonna arrive? ! I've been taking a british (well i think they are british) diet pill called silver, none of the above side effects you all have mentioned, slight appetite suppressent. Didn't really stop me from eating and not much weight lost but if someone has good will power it would be good for them if they want a weaker diet pill, oh and cheaper!! I have been taking Orovo detox for 4 days and I have not had any weight loss. Does it sometimes take longer to see results or do you think it is not going to work for me. I don;t know if I should keep taking the pills or should I stop????
Hi Jan, I think maybe you should take half the recommended amount. The diet pill i'm waiting for (fenphedra) is new and has an ingredient in it to calm you down etc. So i'm thinking i won't have the jitters etc but i will let you know. Maybe you should try the pill i did (Silver) When i took it i only took half the dosage as i didn't want any of the side effects everyone here has spoken about, i did have increased energy and it did supress my appetite a little but i have no will power when it comes to eating and decided to just stop taking them. I did lose bout 4lbs in a couple of weeks. They seem to have a very good write up, not read a bad one, they are not hardcore like all the above. I think maybe if you tried them and took the full dosage you may find it much safer option. Have you thought of the gym or walking or do you already do that?
Hi liz, Thanks for your comments, I have threw them in the bin and will resort to diet and exercise again. Just such hard work. I usually work out once a week at the gym and do a pilates class once a week sometimes twice if can. Other days walk my dog at good pace for 45 mins. Have only got stone to lose but am heaviest ever been and don't feel comfortable. I think i have tried the silver well being and did ok but just goes back on the minute i relax.

Hey guys! great to read you comments, I've just finished my second bottle of nuphadragen. Well all I can say is this, I am considerably overweight. And after the second bottle I havn't noted much weight loss, but I'm addicted, to the high and energy it gives you. I get headaches if I don't take them, I almost need them now just to start my day properly. Now how sad is that? I'm telling the truth here, if you don't find yourself loosing weight, you'l find yourself becoming addicted to the searious 'high' they give you,and that can only be a bad thing.
I now have to start weining myself off them. I hope this doesn't happen to you, just remember that they are a DRUG, they will effect you mentally and also physically, and not allways in a good way. Think of whats inside your body, and not just on the outside before deciding to take them. It seems to me that we're allmost like lab rats trying them out, because theres so little info anywhere else.

Hey Jan, If your gym do a class called complete conditioning or body pump do that, you can lose up to 800 cals a class! I recently joined a gym and exactly the same as you, only need to lose a stone. Anyway i tried pilates etc. but nothing had me losing as much sweat and getting my bum as firm as my knee as these classes. I thought i was gonna die the first couple of classes as it's hard going but fun as it's to up beat music and everyone spurs eachother on. You feel so good about yourself after. I'm now regretting my order (thats if ever i get it) as i do feel as you said in your message that i'm better than taking pills! I understood that. It is as you say hard work but if your gym can find you a fun hardcore class i would do that 3 times a week and make yourself go, you'll soon be seeing the same faces and feeling your best again. Anyway i will let you know how i get on, i think i'm gonna take half the dosage etc as like you- only stone to lose and with the 3 classes a week i'm thinking and hoping i'll acheive it. Let us know about the blood pressure as i think it would be in everyones interest.

So i received my fenphedra yesterday and took my first dose this morning. I feel good, no jitters, no headaches or sickness, think the reviews are right on this product, it's new and has an ingredient in it to soften the jittery speedy feel, it's great! I have a toddler who doesn't sleep great at night and normally by this time in the afternoon i'm lying on the sofa while she is having her nap because i'm so tired. Not today!! I've done the washing and dusting. I have had a fruit smoothie (half banana, 7 rasberries, 7 blackberries, blackcurrents, apple juice and rasberry yoghurt) for breakfast and a piece of quiche, salad and 3 slices of chirizo for lunch. I normally would have had something sweet after lunch like 3 biscuits or cake, i ate half a biscuit and felt really full and didn't really enjoy it or my lunch for tht matter. I think tonight i'm going to give myself a smaller portion of dinner. It's strange, where as before i could eat and eat and love my food and the taste of food, that seems to be suffocated a bit, which is great! I just joined a gym and have become quite an addict, i'm gonna be interested to see if i can do more on these, i def have more energy. Anyway will keep you posted. oh i'm 9 stone 4lbs now so i'll let you all know any changes.
hi liz and everyone, after a very weird weekend of strange sypmtoms i am still alive and kicking and have vowed never to take diet pills again. I visited my doctor due to my blood pressure being high and over the weekend i was suffering with palpitations and headaches, tightness in my chest and strange aches in my left arm. I know this all sounds a bit hyperchondriac but i am never ill and the last time i visited my doc was 2006 for a repeat pescription.
She was concerned by everything i told her and sent me straight to the hospital. I had blood tests, ecg's and repeated blood pressure tests.
They said the caffeine in the orovo would have caused alot of these problems and are thankfully putting it down to them as they couldn't find any thing else to be the cause of my complaints. They told me to stay off anything with caffeine, coffee, pop, chococlate etc for a couple of weeks and to not exercise to give my system time to fix itself.

Ok, I have been researching for a few hours. I have fribromyalgia, so it is important to keep my weight down, Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. My metabolism has been sluggish since I am past 40. So I have began increasing my activities with walking and some weights. But I seem to be stuck and this is discouraging. I am 18yrs old and I started taking Orovo Detox on tuesday, its now friday night. I've lost 3lbs. I went from 147lbs to 144lbs. I didnt research the product much and read only the top entries on this page before ordering it. I now read all of them and am worried that i wasted my money. My symptoms have been light jitters and light nausea. I have also been irritable but i dont know if that is because of my period. After reading the entries about these products being scams, im really worried. I just hope it works. My appetite has obviously decreased. Im barely hungry at all the whole day. I just wish that it was FDA approved. After I finish my first bottle, I will leave another comment.
Hello Alyssa, I am nearly 43 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for 15 years. I am 11 stone and the heaviest i have ever been. I would be happy to lose a stone. After trying every diet i have probly ever heard of i have now have resorted back to weight watchers, which is still a struggle but also sensible. I always manage to lose weight following weight watchers but unfortunately have trouble in keeping it off.
My last idiotic notion which i am ashamed to say is to have bought so called diet pills online. I had the Orovo Detox, i could only manage 4 in the morning because the jitters were so bad i couldn't face another 4. I also only took them for 2 days because i felt so ill in myself and the jitters were unbearable. A few days later i was feeling awful, palpitations aches and pains everywhere, constant headache. I ended up at hospital and told the doctor what i had taken and he said there was no doubt it was the slimming pills. Since then i have been having pains in my legs and they said the pills have caused me circulation problems. It should all go back to normal soon because i am a healthy fit person. I have had a nightmare time and been very frightened. I can actually say i thought i was going to have a heart attack and now am concerned I'm going to get thrombosis.
In my opinion we are making these people rich and they are making us ill. Ask yourself would you rather be healthy or overweight. Personally not diffficult decision to me. It all made me more determined to lose it sensilbly and long term because unless your going to take the pills the rest of your life, it just a quick fix and your more than likely to gain the weight back as soon as you stop taking them.

I read quite a lot about orovo before deciding just to give it a try for myself! Started taking orovo and 7dfb yesterday morning and as of yet there have been no adverse effects. I am definetely not as hungry as normal and have not felt urge to snack as i normally would which is a bonus. Only downside that i can think of so far is with the 7dfb, you have to take 6 pills in the morning and 6 pills in the afternoon which when counted in with the orovo thats 14 pills before lunchtime! Other than that i will keep you posted withe regards to weightloss.
Can you take the 7 dfb by itself or do you need to take it with Orovo. Do you take it on the week off. Please help.
I took Nuphedragen for 30 days and cut meals back and nothing happened. No weight loss. The strange thing these pills made me very tired and I had a hard time functioning.

Yes u can used the 7DFB on it's own , have been using it for a month now(without the break)& i lost a kilo per week!will continue using it but i'll be taking the break,i will advice you to do the same.good luck
Ok, i couldnt wait! i weighed myself today and i have lost 5lbs!!! Started taking orovo and 7dfb together on sat so i have lost 5lbs in 3days of using these products which can be taken separatly. Neither of my bottles state anything on them about the 7 on and 7 off! constantly going to the loo, my bladder is starting to rule my life.ha ha. Even if it is all water that has been lost i'm not gonna complain as 5lbs in 3 days defo pleases me.good luck everyone
Sorry, i forgot to say that other than frequenting the loo i have had no problems with sleeping or feeling hyper or the jitters,or any other effects! With regard to wrinkles and skin i dont know as i dont have any problems with my skin and i'm 27 so no major wrinkles yet.haha.

hey! i think that the amount of water u have to drink when taking the 7dfb could possibly be wot surpresses the appetite! Have found that i dont have much of an appetite during the day but its picking up a bit more in the evening,so i have been trying to avoid this by going to bed a bit earlier. Still going to the loo a lot though which is a bit annoying

so i've been reading these comments that everyone is leaving and i have a question. people keep saying how they are going on the orovo for 7 days and then going off for 7 days i dont understand i thought you were supposed to just continually use it. Wanna know,no i had no side effects at all& yes it does supress ur hunger i think that's because u feel thirsty all the time& u fill urself up with water.took the 7days break,i still drink alot so the trips to the loo are nonestop but happy the weight is still coming off.

just finished first week of taking OROVO, could not wait to weight myself. Nothing came off, 0 ponds, everything as it was. I am 27 years old, my weight is 117lb. My plan was to loose 5-7lb before summer and get rid of little belly. Am exersising about 1 hour every day, eating very healthy, and no food after 6pm. Very upset of waisting 50$ and not getting even temporary result. Tomorrow will start my 7 days OFF and than will get back to finish, but i am sure nothing will happen. Hopefully I am wrong, but this is my feeling. I will write again in 2 weeks.
I ordered OROVO on Ebay last weekend, and started OROVO tablets today,14-04-2008.
I must admit I did not feel hungry at all the whole day, but God, I feel so uncomfortable, my heart is feeling strange, I cannot explain what it is, but I am not sure I will carry on. I did wee a lot but it must be the the amount of water I drunk.

I started the Orovo Detox yesturday. I do not drink pop or coffee and found myself vibrating for most of the day. My head was foggy and my hands were shaking and I thought I was going to come unglued on the kids. I was not too sure if I was going to take the pills today but I did. I am pleased to say that there are not side effects today. As of this morning I am down 1 pound but we will see what the rest of the week holds. I do notice more energy and found that when I went for a short bike ride that I was soaked with sweat. Last night I was starving but today I do not seem to be hungry. I guess we will wait and see what happens.
I just rec'd my first bottle and took my first 4 pills today. Haven't weighed myself yet of course but have been a little nauseated today, but not horribly like w/other diet pills... But I have had HORRIBLE heartburn and headaches. Anyone else experiencing these symptoms? Is it okay for me to take heartburn and headache meds w/this?? ok, it's Tuesday morning and I just took my first set of Orovo Detox pills about an hour ago. I admit I only took 3 instead of four, because everyones comments made me a little hesitant since I work from 9am to 5pm so I thought I'd play it safe, and just take 3. My boyfriend took 4 and he said "Ah it's no problem!!" I admit I feel a little shaky, nothing too bad. I'm about to have breakfast, so I am a little nervous how I will react afterwards. Hopefully not bad. So far so good though!!! It's true, I do feel like I need to drink more water. That's unusual for me, but when it comes down to it, that's not a bad thing, just more bathroom trips than normal I guess. I will definitley keep updates, I'm very interested if this works. I suppose I should go buy a scale today since I have never owned one in my life!!! I guess I'm around 136lbs, just want to lose 15 or so, I'm short so please everyone, don't think, oh she's tiny.........trust me, I'm starting to feel not my self with this weight gain. I bought and tried Orovo detox, at first I started losing weight and was really excited. By the end of the first week I was right back where I started. Bottom line, don't believe the hype, it doesn't work.
i havent tried these pills but i lost weight on japan lingzhi 2 day slimming formula. this is FAST and very effective, but be careful where you order them i recently bought fakes from the 2 day diet store. they are normally 40-45 a bottle[this last about a month] if you see them for less than 30 they are fake
Personally, I thin NUPHENDRANEG is DANGEROUS! I started taking the pill as directed two days ago. About one hour after my second dose I started spotting (I'm female). I thought nothing of it and contenued to take the pill because, I felt good. I took two pills the first day, three pills the second day, and one on the third day. On the third day, I was alarmed when I went to the bathroom because I was clotting blood! Totally scared....I threw the rest if the bottle away. Yes, 54 pills down the toliet. I can't belive I took those six pills. I am totally disscusted!!!!!!

Then after one of the comments above I looked into Proactol. I am now sooooo confused, they all promise the end of the earth but do any really deliver? I would greatly appreciate some input regarding this, especially if anyone has had anything to do with Proactol as that is the one I am thinking of trying. ive stopped taking the nuphedragen... i took them for a month, i have never felt soo ill heart palpitations, high blood pressure and consant shaking and feeling nevous. ive thrown the other bottle away, let alone not losing any weight. im 20 years old in perfect health (apart from a few extra pounds)..... but I would urge people not to take these tablets there dangerous!
I bought the Nuphedragen diet pill. There was so much hype about it. I started taking it very excited about losing some weight. I found that when I took it I did not have a curbed appetite like it says you will. In fact it did nothing to my appetite. I did find myself a little jittery. I am sure that was the caffeine. My feet and hands were constantly twitching uncontrollably. I did not have any surges in energy. In fact I found myself really tired. I also started having trouble with my joints in my hands, elbows, wrists and ankles. My joints would swell up and lock up and it is very painful to pry them loose. I do not have arthritis and I have never had this problem before. I stopped taking the Nuphedragen and I am not having the joint swelling or tenderness anymore. It has taken about a week to I guess get the stuff out of my system. I am not sure if it is just me or what but this diet pill that is getting all the rave has not worked for me. I am not going to finish my bottle. It was just $60 I tossed away. I will just talk with my doctor and get something from him. I would not recommend the Nuphedragen to anyone based on all the information that folks try to give hype about.

I started taking orovo detox on 19th April, following 1 week on 1 week off, no time for exercise working 45 plus hours a week. Eating healthy lots of water. Have now lost 1 stone in weight and a total of 20 inches. I feel fine!

It is 6/19/2008. I just started taking Orove Detox today. I want to lose about 25 lbs. I weigh 165 and I am 5' 8". I want to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight which was 140. So far I haven't had any bad side effects. I feel like I have more energy but to me that is a good thing. When I started to feel a little jittery I just ate an apple and I was fine. I think the people that are getting the jitters to much are not eating enough with it. You might have to force yourself to eat a little. I will keep you posted on my weight loss and if I have some side effects but right now I do not have any side effects.

The post that stated that you have to change up your caloric intake was correct. Your body will adjust to what ever you put into it. Don't just change up your diet, change up your exercise habits. Do so every 3 to 4 weeks.
Remeber to maximize weight loss that lasts you need to exercise at least 4 times a week for at least 20 minutes. Keep that heart rate up the whole time!

The folks at the gym put heart and oxygen monitor on me and discoverd that my oxygen was around 95% and my heart rate was 196! Needless to say, I could have had a heart attack at 30. Thank God he is merciful. Don't risk it, especially if you have kids. Which is worse having to work hard to loose weight or taking a risk that could cost your kids their parent?

It is 6/30/2008. I just got to a computer to report my weight loss on the first 7 days. I lost a total of 20lbs. I think that is an awesome result. I fell good and I am gettin ready to start my second cycle and I will I let you know how that goes.

I purchased a bottle of NUPHEDRAGEN because it claimed to have ingredients that would really suppress my appetite. Well, let me first let you all know that I have a strong body, or should I say MIND when it comes to taking diet pills. I am looking for something that will suppress my appetite to the point where I can't even think of food. So anyway I took two pills today. One in the morning before breakfast and one before lunch and I still felt hungry after a half hour of taking them! It's 3pm right now. I ate lunch at 12pm, I'm starving - not just hngry, starving!! It's no wonder people have gained weight while taking these pills. The pills have not had an effect on me as far as suppressing my appetite. I don't have the jitters and I'm sleepy right now, or really relaxed. That's all I have to say for now. I'm going to continue to take them, maybe I will increase the dose to two pills although the directions say to take one pill twice a day, do not exceed 4 per day... so... I'll let you know how it goes.
Hi after reading all the posts thought Id try the Orovo detox to try to boost the weight loss. Just back to Scotland after travelling in NZ and lets say enjoyed the food and the beer a bit too much. have been on a low fat low carb diet for 7 weeks and exercising every day and the damned weight is reluctant to shift. A girl who loves her beer I thought by drastically reducing the alcohol and the increase in exercise I was bound to see quick results but alas no!I A friend who has lost heaps of weight on weight watchers reckons I wasnt eating enough points/calories a day - wasnt a happy person when I thought Id cut out all the fine scoff I like - curries, lager, dairies and crisps etc. i have lost 6lbs but have another 18 to go to be able to fit comfortably into all my wardrobe of clothes! Ordered the orovo detox from a local e bay seller and arrived registered post the next day so take the plunge I have. At the end of day 2 Im having minimal side effects other than running to pee and I do notice that I'm not hungry and have to kinda force myself to think about tea tonight. Im going to keep the diet regime as Ive been doing and see if there is any difference adding orovo to it and keep my fingers crossed. Read that some people have actually put weight on with it !!! I've decided not to use the NUPHEDRAGEN anymore. I've instead opted to use what has always worked best for me (chinese herbal appetite suppressants weight loss pills 100% natural herbs) but the results are not as quickly as I'd like them to be. =( I lost weight on these before, but I wasn't taking them everyday and as I mentioned above - I want something stronger that'll give me a high feeling ENERGY galore or suppress my appetite to the point where I do not even think of food. Week one on orovo detox and im pleasantly surprised although still a bit sceptical on what Im doing that is working. Was trying to lose weight without pille and only lost 6 lbs in 7 weeks. Dont get me wrong 6lbs is great but I was doing everything right and had expected to lose a bit more for my efforts. have finished the first 7 days of orovo detox and Ive lost another 4lbs. I know its not all fat and a lot will be water but a boost to the effort and thats what matters. Found few side effects other than a headache towards the end of the day but nothing major. Energy levels great to start off with then returned to normal but I have noticed since Ive stopped taking them Im a tad on the weary side but have also been catching up on the series 'Lost' missed it first time round so have the 4 series on dvd and getting through them quickly so maybe its the late nights and not the pills that thats making me so tired. Like so many others I am tempted to ignore the instructions and carry on with them without a week off but no it'll be a good exercise to carry on with the diet as before without the pills to see what the weight says next Tuesday then the orovo for a further week - and get a better picture how they are actually working for me - I will get back into that jeans!!! have a music festival this weekend in Scotland the annual T in the Park weekend supposedly enjoying the music atmosphere and the Scottish summer - as I speak torrential rain, grey and dismal - happy camping NOT! I ordered Orovo earlier this year along with the 7day detox.. detox did not work for me.. too many pills and made me sick.. I was scared to take the orovo.. but I just started about 2 days ago.. and if nothing else.. the energy is great.. did have slight jitters the first day. I also go to curves and walk with Leslie sansone. I usually have a crash in the late evening and have not done that for 2 days.. so I won't get my hopes up on the weight.. but I do love the energy part.. I know alot of people are talking about nuphedragen.. so i got my orovo pills yesterday. the detox tell you to have 6 pills before breakfast and another 6 pills before lunch. This seems like a bit much. Anyone try it with a lower dose? and did you see results?
I have been taking Orovo Detox since last week-I have already lost weight-about 5 pounds. I have been eating healthy balanced meals and drinking water..its normal to drink the 16oz of water to flush your system before eating and then after eating the body will flush out what isnt needed-I think this is a great product and it is my first time trying a weight loss supplement. I tried nuphedragen and although it does increase my energy and supress my appetite, I find the side effects not to be worth it. I get headaches and after a few days I get really moody, irritable, and even depressed. I become dehydrated very easily no matter how much water I drink which makes it very difficult to work out.

I am from the UK, I ordered my Nuphedragen a week and a half a go and received them after a week. Day one I was really tired and after one perked right up, I didn't crave food, and was full after fruit, and a very small evening meal.
Day two, I have already lost 3lbs which was probably mostly water, no headaches, concentration is really good and I had no trouble sleeping.

Hey Barb, I don't know if you have gotten your Nuphedragen but I didn't and they didn't refund my money as they said so I opened a dispute with paypal since that is what I used to pay for the bottles. once you open a dispute with them...paypal will give them 7 days to respond if they don't then paypal will transfer the money from the Devmim account back into yours....this worked for me and I got my refund today thanks to paypal. Good luck

About a year ago I tried Nuphedragen and I will honestly say that it worked and I lost a good amount of weight. BUT when I was on the last couple of pills, there were some SERIOUS side effects! One day my chest starting hurting, heart started racing, and I passed out. I quit taking the pills but the side effects continued. My heart would beat rapidly and didn't always seem normal so I went to the family doctor. He told me that I had an irregular heart beat. Eventually in time I experienced this less frequently, but let me tell you, I was really scared for the longest time.
It is NOT worth risking health for a stupid diet pill!!

I'm a 28 year old mother of three, my youngest being 3 months old. I've been in the army for 10 years, but I'm actually pretty lazy if I can help it. I was 125 when I began taking Orovo Detox and wanted to lose my last 5 pounds of pregnancy weight. I never had any skin problems, so I didn't care about that claim about Orovo, but my energy levels had been low, so i wanted to see if this would give me the healthy boost I was looking for.
There wasn't any change in my weight after the first week of taking it, which surprised my because I typically only eat lunch and dinner, and Orovo required me to add a meal at breakfast. Since I wasn't "losing weight so quickly it would be dangerous to take it two weeks in a row" I decided to just take them righ on into the next week. During the first week I noticed I began getting pimples. The trips to the bathroom and cramping from the "detoxing" were annoying, but would be worth it if I got results. Keep in mind I didn't change ANYTHING about my normal day to day life except eat breakfast. After a month of taking these, I gained 4 pounds, have just as low energy as before, and my mood is actually worse (possibly from being FATTER!). I will just lose the weight the old fashioned way, but I am so terribly disappointed that i didn't get the extra assistance I was hoping for in order to begin an excercise regiment. I'm glad it works for some, but I am worse off than if I had just kept doing what I was doing. :(

hey just wanted to say im 19, 5'8" 135lbs and i started taking 7-dfb and nuphedragen (at the same time) yesterday morning. i had a horrible headache after taking both in the morning and last night i was miserable, jittery and hardly slept. but today was great, i was completely focused at my job, didnt think about food at all (and i work at applebees so this is an accomplishment!) and with using both i lost 3 lbs just today! i did all my laundry, dishes, and cleaned my apartment after work which normally i am very unmotivated to do ater such a long day. the nuphedragen was a great jump start to my wake up routine and the feeling lasted, plus i felt happier it seemed like, and the 7-dfb will hopefully help me lose faster. idk how safe it is to use both but my goal weight is 120. im not exercising, and im eating probably around 1500 calories a day. i drink a lot of water too. im excited to see how things go, ill bookmark this page and let ya know how i do after a while. ttyl and good luck to everyone else!

NO diet pills are safe, because as they help your body rid the desire to eat they also rid your body of the ability to absorb nutrients from the food you do eat.
