The Selenium, Lutein, Lycopene and Coenzyme Q10 are relatively little-known organic supplements are thought to protect cells against the harmful effects of free radicals.

The Coenzyme Q10 on the other hand is a natural substance produced by the body. It is linked that could be helpful in treating congestive heart failure (CHF) wherein this is a condition in which fluid collects in the lungs and other body tissues as a result of the heart’s failure to pump effectively. Studies and research states  Coenzyme Q10 slows down the progression of neurodegenerative disease, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, prevents cardiovascular diseases, protect against blood clots, treat hypertension and relieve angina, strengthen and stimulates the immune system, leading to higher antibody levels and increased resistance to infections.

What foods are elenium, Lutein, Lycopene and Coenzyme Q10 present?

Here are the food wherein Selenium is present:Brazil nuts, seafood, poultry and meats. It can also be found in oats, brown rice and other grains grown in area where the soil is rich in selenium can be good sources of this antioxidant.

There are also some foods that large amounts of Lutein are found that is in the green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.

Lycopene is abundant found in processed tomato products.  Not only that pink grapefruits are good source of this element which is needed by the body.

Coenzyme Q10 is produced by the body itself. However, it can also be found in may foods including nuts and oils.
