Farrah Fawcett was loved by many, criticized by some, and will be remembered by millions. She and the other angels brought freshness to television. Her hair was possibly concidered the most famous in the world. Her role in Charlie's Angels brought her stardom.  The sales from her famous poster was oustanding.

She was a strong woman who played strong characters in her dramatic roles. She earned respect and some award nominations. 1.. She starred in both the stage and film versions of Extremities about a would-be rape victim who turns on her attacker. 2.. She played a battered wife in the T.V. movie The Burning Bed which, in turn, opened up help lines for women in domestic abuse situations.

Farrah was diagnosed with cancer in 2006. Although she travelled to try several treatments, the tumors came back. She still remained strong. She died on June 25, 2009. She will still be loved, remembered and respected.
