 It's been brought to my attention that my readers might not all be as young as I think.  In fact, some of them might be baby boomers or at least full grown adults.  This being true, I thought it might be a good idea to share some information about a website I came across while at my part-time writing gig.  (By the way, I am --barely-- a baby boomer myself having been born in 1961.  Naturally, I have nothing against baby boomers.  . .unless, of course, you count when I am being intimate with my slightly older ladyfriend.  Then I surely DO have something against a baby boomer. . .but I digress. . .)

The author believes that the huge number of retirees will soon need to be replaced. The concern is that those who will replace them are “not as well educated” or as disciplined as the older worker. He was saying that for a long time now kids have been graduating with less of an education than older people soon to be retiring. Finally, the writer concludes that the affect may not be “as startling now” since “there are so many other people losing their jobs from the current recession.”
