The way to get your license to grill, to thrill your family (or your neighborhood if you want to impress them all) is to marinade the meat prior to getting it out and grilling it. Make sure every bit of meat has a taste to die for! Most marinades consist of herbs, spices, wines, vinegars, yoghurt and citrus juices.

The chicken for a Tikka Masala, when done properly should be marinated for a few hours or over night, in yoghurt and tikka masala paste, then char-grilled. With an all-in-one grilling solution like the Blue Ember gas grill, you could have the option to cook the sauce for this curry outdoors as well.

Another great outdoors cooking tip is to rub flavors into the meat before cooking them on the grill. Rubs help to both seal in the natural juices of the meat and enhance the flavor. Rubs can be simple herbs like rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper, or more exotic like a Jamaican jerky dry spice rub.

So to be the talk of the neighborhood, because you make them feel so hungry from the flavorsome aromas coming from your backyard, be sure to find some mouth watering recipes from cookery books, or even for free from the Internet, and get your license to grill! Cooking outside really makes a change from the norm, and is actually rather a nice habit and experience to form, for both the chef and the eaters!

Many people have been getting their license to grill from the Blue Ember gas grill, which really is like cooking indoors, but outdoors! It can grill, has three burners, a place to put a chicken on the rotisserie, an electrical outlet, and plenty of space to put cooking utensils, cooked things, things to cook (and keep them separate of course) and sauces – a little outdoor kitchen. It certainly is one of the better outdoor cooking grills for sale.
