My Recommendation

I would always recommend that any expanding business should outsource their blog writing.

Having a dedicated writer at your disposal allows you to create excellent content quickly and cheaply.

I would recommend you use a local copywriter where possible. If this isn't possible there are always national or international copywriters.

I personally would rather pay local individual freelance copywriters than larger outfits, so I can build up a good relationship.

I'm not sure using a local copywriter the key factor. Blogs need to be written by someone comeptent, and as long as you can find someone who is good enough to write about the topic, it doesn't really matter where they are located.
