Here's a really great recipe for Oven Fried Cornflake Chicken that is so delicious and tasty. And the recipe is really quite easy to make. Just take chicken thighs which are a third of the cost of chicken breast and remove the bone from the chicken thigh and the skin. You can use chicken thighs in any recipe calling for chicken breast and the taste is the same. Try it if you don't believe me.
For Your Recipe You Will Need
1. 8 Boned Skinned Chicken Thighs and each cut in half.
2. 2 Cups Cornflakes Pureed Very Fine.
3. 3 Tablespoons Melted Margarine.

Beat your margarine , lemon juice , and spices very well until frothy. Dip your chicken thighs into the margarine and lemon juice and then dip them into the corn flakes being sure to coat them well on all sides.
Spray a baking dish with non stick vegetable cooking spray and place each breaded chicken thigh onto the baking dish. Cook for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven that you have pre heated. You have just created a delicious tasty chicken dish that everyone is sure to love. Serve your chicken with hot buttered rice and broccoli florets for a delicious meal.
