Are you concerned that you are suffering symptoms of stress? Suffering from Stress is no laughing matter, in fact that's the last thing you feel like doing, but one of the things you should be doing, to release endorphins (feel good hormones!!) (laughing that is)
Maybe you are feeling pretty uptight, finding it hard to relax, not much to smile about, ache and pains, especially in the neck and perhaps the stomach. You've probably got a lot of mental chatter going on in your head too, and you desperately need some time out and some relaxation stress relief.
Let's face it, Stress is all around us, its pretty hard to avoid. Sooner or later if you're not careful, you could be another victim. Stress left untreated can lead to more serious disorders such as Depression and Anxiety - and you don't want to go there believe me, I know because that's where I was at one stage of my life!
I was suffering with post natal depression, which is not unlike normal depression, whatever normal depression is! I had two babies to care for. It was a 24/7 job. No holidays, no knock off. No time out at all. Crazy thing is my Doctor was treating me for a stomach ulcer, because I was getting such bad stomach pains. Great Doc huh!! New baby, not feeling happy, doesn't take much to work out what's going on there. After 3 years, I eventually diagnosed myself.
If you find yourself feeling blue more than normal, you don't have to suffer alone, there is stacks of help out there. I found a fantastic program that helped me to conquer my stress and get me feeling normal again. Best of all it was all natural - no drugs to get addicted to - and the results were permanent.
I lead a great life these days, but I will never forget how I felt in those dark lonely days, when I couldn't tell others how I felt, because they just didn't understand or told me to "snap out of it" - don't you just love that one. Don't they think that if we could snap out it, we would. No-one wants to be depressed - it's no fun at all.
Please know that there is help out there, take the steps to find out how to conquer stress, anxiety or depression and start to lead the normal life you deserve.
