Chances of Getting Pregnant During Ovulation

Work With Your BBT (Body Basal Temperature)

If we say that "fast" is 2 months, then certain techniques can't be omitted;

Ovulation - Use Fresh Egg and Sperm. Producing a healthy fetus requires freshly release egg and sperm. As the say, "timing is everything". Determining the right moment of ovulation can go a long way to ensure that your egg and sperm are indeed fresh.

One of the best methods to determine the time of ovulation is to use your BBT (Body Basal Temperature) as a guide. When you ovulate, your body produces progesterone which raises your BBT (slightly, by 1 degree F). It would be 2-3 days before your ovulation date and including your ovulation date, therefore indicating that ovulation is "on the go".

When tracking your BBT, certain guidelines are to follow:

* Check off on the calendar when your menstrual cycle begins, after couple of months you should see a pattern

* Shake your thermometer before you going to bed and leave it there

* Take your temperature as soon as you wake up (before doing anything else)

* Chart it daily

* Use your BBT for the best results (your BBT will "let you know" when you are ovulating)

* See if you can figure out how long you have between your periods

* You can count backwards from the date of your next period, and you can use this calculation to figure out the next time you will ovulate.

Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

Monitor your cervical fluid. Generally, the idea is to observe vaginal fluids as in the time of ovulation this fluid becomes of an egg white consistency, slightly clear, wet and stretchy. This is the best time to have sex, as this type of fluid indicates the prime fertility.

Getting the ovulation time right and making the best out of it is just a beginning of a journey the pregnancy journey. Achieving successful pregnancy depends on your overall health condition and there are many hormonal factors regulating pregnancy and your state of mind.

For instance, kidneys are producing several hormones that are responsible for the balance of estrogen and ovaries. However, there are many other organs equally important which need to be at full working capacity.

Taking up the advantage of fertile days is just half way to getting pregnant. The other half is largely dependent on our general health and intake of various foods that can dramatically increase/decrease chances of conception. There is so much more to learn about the female body and ways of strengthening the reproductive system.

The good news is that all of them can be strengthened by using these simple methods in less than a month, and this will increase the odds of getting pregnant.
Did you know that certain foods and household products, which we are using on a daily basis, are destroying your chances of getting pregnant by 50%?
