As I have been doing all my research on all things PCI these last few months I have come to realize how important it is to look at more than one article, and more than one site. There is so much information out there that it is impossible to know all you need to know from just one site. It is also a good idea to get someone else’s take on the topic as well. They might put it into words that might make better sense to you. That is why I have decided to share some of my favorite places and websites to find information on the PCI Security Standard.

One of my favorite websites to go to when I have a question about the PCI Security Standard is pcisecuritystandards.org. You can find just about anything you want to know there. My favorite spot on there is the Frequently Asked Questions section. It gives a brief answer to just about any question you might have.

I like to find information by going to sites like hubpages and squidoo or technorati and doing a search on the PCI Security Standard. These articles are a little easier to understand and people are always adding new articles on their so you can find lots of new information.

A lot of times the businesses that provide PCI Scanning also have a lot of information on the PCI Security Standard. Even if you’re not planning on getting PCI Scanning through these different websites it is still a great place to find information. It is also a great way to compare prices if you decide to comply with the PCI Security Standard.

There are a lot more places to find information on the PCI Security Standard, but these are just a few of my favorites that I have found throughout my research.
