we need some relax
Nowadays most of our people living in both cities and towns are becoming workaholics as they are to earn more and more money to meet their life needs. Only certain % of them are finding some relax to overcome the work tension and mental depression. Playing indoor and outdoor games is finding a solution for the people getting depressed by their daily hard works. There are many indoor games such as carom, chess, cards and computer games. Many outdoor games like cricket, volley ball, basket ball have become as indoor games on the arrival of computer games.
Some truck driving or car driving games are giving extra pleasure and good relax to many persons, after getting tired of official works. There are thousands of variety of computer games. We can pick them according to our taste.
In some families we can see often quarrels between the couple or family members who are working in some offices. This is simply because of mental strain by working many hours in the office. If they follow a good habit of playing any indoor game at least for two or three days of a week, they will experience a great change in their mood. It will also render a special approach to do any thing and a special power to make a quick decision in their life. In many families severe mental depressions make extra medical expenses by means of consulting a doctor and taking some medicines. Some persons will be addicted to sleeping doses as to avoid sleeplessness. All the above things can be avoided by a well planned indoor games. Playing indoor games for atleast two days of a week will find a good change for studying children. They will be easily refreshed by involving in their favourite games for 4 to 5 hours per week.
One important thing to add is that there is a limit for playing such games in our daily life. Studying kids will spoil their school carrier by daily playing these games. When we think about outdoor games like volley ball, cricket, basket ball, these will also give certain improvement to mental and body health. Outdoor games are more suitable to school, college students and rich people. At any cost playing indoor and outdoor games is so powerful to change our life tension free.
