A great pork chop recipe begins and ends with the right pork chop.  Choose you meat wisely and you can all but eliminate much of what makes pork as meat unhealthy.  Choosing organic meat is the first step to a beautiful meal.  Next, you should consider the amount of fat on the pork chops and try to choose those that have been trimmed or can easily be trimmed of their fat.  The best pork chops are boneless.  Boneless pork chop recipes are often the easiest to follow and being bone free allows the meat to cook evenly, ensuring the proper level of doneness to avoid nasty bacteria.
