Are you wondering if it’s possible to have painless hair removal?  Well, while you may see other people or other sites telling you that “Oh yes, it’s absolutely painless”, I will give you no such delusions, the stone cold fact is that there is no such thing as painless hair removal!  About the only painless way to remove your hair is by shaving, but I’ll guess that was not the answer you were hoping for.

Now there are plenty of ways of getting rid of that unwanted hair, you’ll find plenty by searching through the Internet.  But what I will tell you are what your best bet is if you want to experience the least amount of pain while removing your hair.  So without further ado, here are your options:

1.        Laser Hair Removal Treatment

If you’re looking for painless hair removal, this is one which will result in a “Slight sting” on your skin.  This slight sting though is open to much interpretation depending upon who is undergoing the treatment.

What happens here is a laser is sent towards your hair follicles where it heats them up so hot that it pretty much disables them, kills off the root.  Once this is achieved, the hair is not going to be growing back any time soon.

Now usually It won’t be grown back at all, however there are some resilient hairs that may require follow up treatments. You will also need follow up treatments to take care of the other hairs you didn’t get as this only works on hairs in the growing phase, also known as the “Anagen” stage.

2. Waxing

Now, I know what you’re thinking, there is no way waxing can be a painless hair removal method! Well, you’re absolutely right! The thing is, that although waxing is excruciatingly painful the first time around, the more you do it, the easier it is to pull out the hairs and the less and less it hurts. What’s even better Is the more you do it, the finer the hairs will grow back, some may even stop growing back in altogether.

3. Hair Inhibitors

Now this is not going to get rid of your hair exactly, but it is 100% pain free. Right after you wax, it’s a good idea to apply some hair inhibitors to the area in order to inhibit the hair from growing back too quickly. Most of the time this is all it does, delay the inevitable, however sometimes it can result in the destruction of the hair follicle, which is good news all around.

Now I hope I haven’t crushed your dreams for permanent hair removal, but I’m just stating it like it is. You can check around the Net for other solutions to see if there are pain free solutions and you very well might find them telling you they’re harmless, but when you have it done and feel the pain, remember, I warned you!
