Real Estate Prices in Palm Coast Back to Reality
When I started selling homes 12 years ago, Palm Coast and Flagler County were the most reasonably priced homes in the area. For awhile Flagler County was the fastest growing county in the state.
Then speculation hit and prices went through the roof. Well, as you know, we've had a period of adjustment and prices are once again reasonable. I've worked with many clients who prefer Palm Coast for the lower prices and lower taxes. It's also a great place to live.
Palm Coast is layed out in section with letter designations and has been well planned. Homes range from very nice smaller homes and condos to oceanfront mansions. Waterfront homes on the canal are now available at 2003 prices. There a home here for every taste and budget.
If you're in the market for a new home or condo, you owe it to yourself to check out Palm Coast real estate.

- Housing Starts and Single Family Building Permits Down
It doesn't surprise me that housing starts and single family building permits are down. Palm Coast Homes - Variety
Palm Coast Homes come in many sizes and price ranges and there's a tremendous selection available today.
Palm Coast is a mainland community, but Flagler Beach and Hammock Dunes are to the east on the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront homes are splended, but out of the question for most people. That's where Palm Coast shines.
Palm Coast is a planned community with many sections offering homes in every price range. Many of the communities have been planned around an active lifestyle, so there's golf and fishing, swimming, boating and much more.
Palm Coast condos are available to meet any need for those who enjoy condo living. There's really something to be said for lock and leave and not needing to worry about maintenance or security.
