Ingredients:

1 pack (250g) pancit canton (blanched)
1 lb shrimps (washed, shelled, deveined)
1/4 kilo pork, boiled and sliced in small pieces
1/4 kilo chicken, boiled and sliced in small pieces
1-1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 cup carrot strips
1/2 cup cabbage (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup bell pepper (strips)
1 cup snowpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce
3/4 cup water


Directions:

1. Saute crushed garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
2. Add the shrimps and cook until pink. Add the pork and chicken and stir fry until the color changes.  Set aside for garnish.
3. On the same pan, stir fry the vegetables for 3 minutes.
4. Pour in oyster sauce and add water.
5. Stir and simmer for 30 seconds and add pancit canton.
6. Toss well and cook for 1 minute.
7. Transfer to a serving dish then top with shrimp and garlic mixture.

Hmmm ... yummy!

I don't know if you have ever tried the pancit canton of Hongning Panciteria. It's the best I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer existent but it used to be in Cubao along Aurora Blvd.

I haven't tried that. For sure it's also yummy especially when you eat it with pan de sal or any bread. Thanks Jill.
