Is panic away just another piece of garbage that exist only to take your money?

What does it contain? How does it work? What is the ”one move”? and is it effective? What results did I get by using it?
Do you want the answers to these questions?
If so...
Keep reading my panic away review!
But first...
My story.
I developed my problems with panic attacks the summer 2006. I play icehockey in a team called Visby/Roma. We play in the second division of Sweden.
This summer was special. Not because we wanted to go up one divison. We were going to play against the swedish national team on 2 Aug 2006.
Its every boy's dream to play against your idols, so i decided to practice very hard. Lots of running, weight lifting and stretching. This was heavy training.
With the pressure of not getting in shape until the game i began to worry about all things you could imagine. Even things that were not related to ice hockey.
It was worrying thoughts about my girlfriend, my job, my weight, life, death, accidents, and diseases. Things that i normally dont think of.
I had constant thoughts in my head saying that i was not feeling well. That i had developed some kind of mystic disease. My mind was really screwed up.
The worry soon developed into panic. I started to manually take over my respiratory, because i was convinced that if i wouldn't manually draw in air i would have suffocated. It felt like my breathing stopped on my out breath.
After a while focusing on my breating i got an uncomfortable choking sensation. I couldn't get any air. I really had to force myself draw in air because it felt like breathing trough a straw. I thought i was going to die.
I had to abandon practice. Missing that fun game. All i could do was to lie in my bed and worry about more things. The worry then began to turn inwards. I remember checking my body for "signs" of cancer.
My stomach was tied up in knots and my heart was pumping really fast.
I couldn't do anything for a month. Under this period i was surfing the net trying to find an answer to my problem. I came across Panic Away by Joe Barry but was sceptical.
But idecided to give it a try. The first time i opened the book i felt at home. Every worry and question i had was answered & the first time i used the "one move technique" i was estatic. Every tension in my body released. I felt soo relaxed.
I were finally at the right place..
My problems are now fading away.
All thanks to Panic Away. I highly recommend this product. It is Genuine!

What does it contain?
The ebook contain much valuable info. This info will be new to you. You will discover much about yourself and the way your body reacts to anxiety, panic and fear.
When you read this information you will understand why you have gotten your problems and what is feeding them.
When you do that you eliminate your fear of the unknown.
You don't need to feel uncomfortable when a strange feeling comes to you. By reading panic away you will know what that feeling means and why you are experiencing it.
It is pretty much valuable information. You can use this information to beat your anxiety, panic and fear.
My favourite chapter is about understanding the feeling of losing control
You see.. I have had weird thoughts in my childhood that i just didn't could understand earlier. But after reading panic away it suddenly became clear.
For example: In my childhood i had a feeling repeatedly following me. In situations when i was having fun and everyone around me was having a really good time, Different thoughts used to pop up in my head:
What if i loosed it?
What if i would go over there and hit that old lady in the face? (The old lady was my grandma).
What if i would hurt people that i loved?
When one of these thoughts popped up in my head I immediately reacted to it and felt anxious.
I now know what these thoughts are. These thoughts come when your body feels out of control and your mind thinks that it is next on the list.
You see... Your body and mind are connected.
I didn't know that before. I thought that i was mentally ill. I now know that i don't have to be afraid of these thoughts. These thoughts are just a form of a warning message from your mind saying: Help, the body is losing control and soon we will too.
It doesn't mean that you are going to lose control over yourself.
Now when i feel one of these thoughts I know that its just a warning message and it goes away quick if i just observe it.
The review of panic away continues...
The One Move
The ebook is built around this technique.
Is it effective?
If you only knew..
Sadly I cannot give away much info about the one move. I don't want to risk giving away any copyrighted material.
What i can say is that the one move is a 2 step technique.
It is built on the fact that you have to stop fighting against your thoughts, your anxiety and your panic attacks.
I don't blame you thinking that this must be crazy. Give in for the panic attack, the fear and the anxiety.
- I will get seriously hurt if i do that..
I know if you think so because I thought so too.
Joe barry explains it very good though.
If you look at the nature. How does nature do when dealing with opposing forces? Does it struggle?
No.
- The trees stretches with the wind.
- The levees blows with the wind
- The river flows around an obstacle, like a rock. It never tries to flow straight through it.
- The winter doesn't resist spring.
- Etc. etc.
We are all natures creation and we should try to learn from it.
Nature never tries to fight or struggle.
When i used the ”One Move” for the first time, it was like being shot with a tranquilizer. I immediately felt so relaxed.
The technique takes about 1 – 3 seconds to use and the effects are shown directly. However when i first started to use it I felt the problems coming back after a while.
I had to continue to use the one move throughout the day.
You need to practice it for a while, but when you really know how to use it the results are permanent.
What is good with the one move is that you can apply it to anything you want. Whatever it's a thought that upsets you, anxiety you cant seem to get over or even the most threatning panic attack.
Joe Barry will show how to apply the one move to different fears and situations in your life.
For example how to cure:
Fear of leaving home, Fear of getting a panic attack when you are leaving home.
Fear of driving, fear of getting a panic attack when driving.
Fear of flying
Fear of public speaking
And so on..
The book will also cover general anxiety. (GAD)
Do you live with little anxiety everyday that doesn't seem to go away?
I'm having great value from this section.
Joe have included 5 additional techniques that specificly takes on this problem.
There are one cool technique that is called thought field theraphy. Its hard to explain but basically you tap on different parts of your body. These parts are connected with your mind somehow.
By stimulating these points you stimute your mind to remove any anxiety you might have. (Fully explained in panic away)
Remember that the One Move is terrific to use against general anxiety too. The additional techniques are just a complement.
