It felt like my breath stopped and I thought I was about to suffocate
I feared that I would die once I fell asleep. It really felt like my breath would stop once I exhaled and I had to manually inhale.
The panic I experienced is nothing I would ever want anyone to have.
Luckily as a chance, but it felt like a god given gift, I found out about the "one move" and thank god! it worked! find out about the one move in this panic away review...
It turns out that this technique is so simple that it's ridiculous
If you have read panic away, then you'll know about the one move principle/technique.
This technique is very simple and to my fascination also very powerful. Instead of fighting the panic attack you are giving in to the panic attack. The book will ofcourse explain this way better than I can. If you read it you will understand the core principals behind the anxiety and panic attacks.
You will find out how to tailor this technique so it suits your problem wheter it's fear of flying, dying, driving, snakes, or public speeches.
It might sound a bit scary to surrender to something you are afraid of, but it's the only way to go. And it's really not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength!
You are basically challenging yourself and your mind. Come and take me, show me what you got is a forceful way of being in command of your mind. No please don't hurt me is a sign of weakness and a strong signal that you are not in control.
It's hard to understand that all this is a charade of your mind, It's a very real charade but it's still a charade. It's not real. It's we humans that label feelings and thoughts as good or bad. But in reality there is no such thing as good or bad. The difference between a good and a bad thought is your reaction to it.
Anxiety and panic attacks comes from the illusion that you are alone, but you are never alone. You have never been alone and you will never be.
My mind is now my best friend, after all the mind is given to you, you are not given to the mind!
Your happiness depends on how good you can stay present in the moment. If you are a slave to your mind you will never find persistent happiness. You will react to thoughts and feelings.
However if you learn how to become a master of your own mind, you will be able to see past the individual thoughts and feelings that you percieve as bad.
My rediscovery journey started with this book, and yours can too=).. Seriously, you need a tool to reclaim control over your panic attacks and anxiety. The one move technique is very powerful in doing this. When I first begun implementing this it was a little scary to go against the panic attacks, but it worked for me instantly. I feelts the pressure in my throat dissapear right away. It returned a minute or so later and I reapplied the technique and it dissapeared again. I needed to train my ability so to speak.
Don't take me wrong this is a journey that will take some effort from your side. I took this journey a few years back and I'm no free from my problems, but the journey continues. I discover things about myself every day on the road to find out who I really are. It's beautiful!
