Parsley a great herb for health

For thousands of years parsley has been known around the world as a medical herb. Parsley is a great reliever of stomach ailments, it helps strengthen the digestive system and can help relieve liver problems. Parlsey is also great for women with irregular menstral periods, it ill also help ease bloating in some women. As well parsley has many vitamins and minerals including iron, which is important for the proper formation of red blood cells, it is also a great source of vitemn C. The best way to consume parsley is when it is fresh. You can presve the freshness by placing fresh leaves in the freezer.

Here is a simple recipe using parsley...

1 8oz container of cream cheese

2 handfuls of parsley, finely chopped

2-3 tsp minced garlic

Spread on toast or crackers, or add a spoon full to mashed potoes or on top of baked potatoes (Mix some sour cream into the mix formr flavor, about half cup)...

Eat healthy and enjoy..
