Have you heard the word "Hypothermia" before. No, OK, you will learn several new such terms after participating in the quiz. Do you know that corn or soya oil reduces not only bad cholesterol (LDL) but also lowers the good cholesterol (HDL)  level in the blood? This hub is all about the health. Lot of things are said about the health. Health is wealth. There is nothing in this world without a good health. Lot of money is spent on health care by the individuals as well as by the Governments. There are alerts run by several agencies to warn people about the risks of careless fooding, ignorance of fitness, less attention towards exercises, and laziness and sitting for several hours in front of computer screens.Purpose of this hub is to create interest among the people for their health in a simple way by organizing an easy and simple quiz. Content will be added gradually to different capsules of the quiz. First quiz capsule comprises questions on "cholesterol and its impact on heart"
