I’ve tendered my resignation effective end of December 2008. Everything has been routine to me. I got bored and stagnant. I wanted to flight much higher, I told my boss I’m now ready to soar as high as I could no matter in what direction this maybe.

I was cleaning my shelves when I’ve notice this old magazine. This was one of the collections of my boss who already passed away 5 years ago. I have taken his place, yet this position has never satisfied me of what I really wanted to be.

Scanning through the pages, this article has caught my attention. I have never read this letter of Ninoy to Cory. Full of Love, to the country and his men, to his wife, his woman and his friend.

Memories flashed back, when times of darkness and despair. Reading the letters of my father (the wisdom scribbled on them), the letter of my ex-wife (the love on how we both fought for our love which after a decade we part ways), the letter of my mother who has been picky of the words used as she wanted to impart her wisdom and love to the correct diction because she’s ashamed that those words would match the our intelligence (she instilled most, anyways), my sisters, my GFs and friends.

I miss those things, those times, those memoirs. I used to handwrite before but computer age has changed the thoughts of pen. Full of art, full love and devotion, full of mystery.

Think about this! Why not we try again. We might be remembered the same way by our love ones in the near future
