Party Games Fun
68How to have fun at a kids party.
There are plenty of activities you can play to have a nice party. If its a party for children this is the right place to look. Of course you want the children to have all the enjoyment they can possibly have. Activities that you want to enjoy are the ones that will keep the attention of all the children to ensure they can have the best time possible. Play so much they just wanna go to sleep afterwards.
A party is a gathering of persons who have been invited by a host for the purposes of socializing, conversation, and recreation. A party will typically feature eating and drinking, and often music and dancing as well.
1. You can go to the store to buy a pinata then put candy in it yourself. How This game you only get to use one kid at a time. First you blindfold the kid. Then you have all the kids at the party to stand back to ensure no one gets hurt. You give the kid a bat to swing at the pinata. Then you make sure that the pinata is a little above the child's head to make sure he can hit the pinata. Then when he finally breaks the pinata all the kids can rush in and get some candy.
2. A group of people sit in a circle facing inward. One person is "it" and walks around the circle. As they walk around, they tap people's heads and say whether they are a "duck" or a "goose". Once someone is the "goose" they get up and try to chase "it" around the circle. The goal is to tag that person before they are able sit down in the "goose's" spot. If the "goose" is not able to do this, they become "it" for the next round and play continues. If they do tag the "it" person, the person tagged has to sit in the center of the circle (the "Mush Pot" or "Stew Pot" or "Cookie Jar"). Then the "goose" becomes "it" for the next round. The person in the middle can't leave until another person is tagged and they are replaced
3. Sack race- Participants place their legs into a sack or a pillow case. You have a start line and a finish line. The first one to the finish line wins.
4. Horseshoes is an outdoor activity played between two people (or two teams of two people) using four horseshoes and two stakes. The game is played by the players alternating turns tossing horseshoes at stakes in the ground, which are traditionally placed 40 feet (12.19 m) apart. Modern games use a more stylized U-shaped bar, about twice the size of an actual horseshoe.
5. Musical chairs is a activity played by a group of people (usually children), often in an informal setting purely for entertainment such as a birthday party. The game starts with any number of players and a number of chairs one fewer than the number of players; the chairs are arranged in a circle (or other closed figure if space is constrained; a double line is sometimes used) facing outward, with the people standing in a circle just outside of that. A non-playing individual plays recorded music or a musical instrument. While the music is playing, the players in the circle walk in unison around the chairs. When the music controller suddenly shuts off the music, everyone must race to sit down in one of the chairs. The player who is left without a chair is eliminated from the game, and one chair is also removed to ensure that there will always be one fewer chair than there are players. The music resumes and the cycle repeats until there is only one player left in the game, who is the winner.
6. Egg Toss Divide players into pairs, then split the entire group into two rows, with paired players facing each other.Arrange the players in each row so that they're standing 3 or 4 feet apart. Choose one row, and hand everyone in that row an egg. Blow the whistle, and have the players with the eggs toss them to their partners. Ask the receiving players to take a step back after catching the eggs. If a partner breaks the egg (whether in his or her hands or on the ground), the pair is eliminated from the game. Blow the whistle again, indicating this time that the receiving players toss the eggs to their partners. Again, those who manage to catch the eggs without cracking them must take a step back before tossing the eggs again. Continue the game until all pairs but one are eliminated.
Last but not least make sure you have food and drink already set up so everyone can enjoy themselves. These activities you really don't require you to have much money at all. The kids can have all the fun the want without you paying tons of money for a gathering. Now having fun is the easy part. You just need to make sure you are in control of every game that takes place. The party will go as smooth as you plan it to be if you plan everything ahead of time. Just let everything flow and let the party, games, and fun begin.
