  • Throw your party by the pool and have the women wear bikinis and grass skirts and have the men wear Hawaiian shirts and swim trunks
  • Have everyone wear floral leis and the women can also wear flowers in their hair.
  • Place colorful mesh butterflies all around, along with bamboo torches, tiki poles, fake palm trees, stuffed parrots, and plastic pink flamingos
  • Drink out of plastic coconuts and pineapple
  • Serve Hawaiian dishes such as Oven Kalua Pig and Mochiko Chicken, and Coconut Fried Shrim
  • Have a Hula Dance Off for both the men and the women to luau music
  • Definitely do the Limbo!

Party Ideas for Summer Time #2 Fiesta Party Dance Off

  • Set up a Mexican theme in the backyard by decorating with sombreros, chili pepper, jalapenos, and piñatas
  • Play Spanish music and let your guest have fun doing Mexican hat dances whenever they wish
  • Serve Mexican food (of course!) and margaritas (of course!)
  • Have a Fiesta Party Dance off by establishing that only the contestants dance for this. The music will play for an hour (or whatever time frame designated) and the last one still dancing wins.


Party Ideas for Winter Time #1 Around the World in a Day

  • Get a few helpers
  • Make each room in your house a different "country" and decorate accordingly to each country's customs, have food samples and traditional music from the different countries, along with some tangible items (like a sombrero in the Mexico room) and written history.
  • Have a few tour guides who can take your guests in groups throughout the different rooms to see the different countries without being crowded as have different cultural experiences.
