Passenger malayalam movie review and thoughts
62The latest offering malayalam cinema has to offer the movie "Passenger",is in no means in the same league as the other crap that release these days.I never thought when entering the theater that I would this much provoked ,inspired from a malayalam movie, let alone any Indian movie (made these days).
Passenger malayalam movie review: The director Ranjith Sankhar ,has a unique style that flaunts through out the movie ,the movie isn't specially ,it hasn't got extra marked up characters ,yet thats what ,makes this such a wonderful piece of cinema.It keeps the characters real ,unlike other malayalam movies these days ,keeping their heroes to high standards .
All I can say is it's the best malayalam movie to come out this year or in recent years ,and its a must watch Missing this would be a very great loss for cinema lovers.
Amal Neerad Cross over with Ranjith Sankar:
Seeing the movie throughout I felt a missing piece ,of technical abundance that coincides with the movies story line.Although I must admit the cinematographer has outdone himself, it still isn't a thing I was feeling with the storyline.At any case you might not agree with me, but these are my own thoughts.This abundance of that technical flux ,I have always found in Amal neerad movies,(although they sucked ), and i have been thinking of a movie ,with amal neerads technical brilliancee with Ranjiths creative brilliance ,wouldnt that be a great movie to watch ..It would be like watching a thriller hollywood movie in malayalam. :)

agree with you ,IG was a very good movie the only thing I didnt like about it was Suresh Gopi ..he doesnt know how to act...
I too agree with you. It's a variety film which i was longing to see. Dileep once again proved that he could be accustomed to any roles.In this movie we could never find Dileep but an experienced & an ideological lawyer.Srinivasan too proved that he's a blessing for mollywood.People are now reluctant to help the strangers or even friends now.If they help what is in the movie will be continued.About ur comment on Amal neerad:-Do you mean technical brilliance by some slowmotion cameras or laser guns?Ranjit Shankar has used the necessary brilliance in the movie which the comman man can understand such as changing the sim ,web camera etc.Congrats ranjit

By technical brilliance ,I did nt mean slow motion cameras ,or anything like that ,just the smoothness of the whole movie ,is much nicer in amal neerad movies ,like the video angles ,the skipping of the scenes ,etc .
Passenger is defintely a good movie, but some flaws in this movie. Especially lack of awarence of new technology like uploading the information and tracing of mobile. She can upload the information in Youtube or any blog, so it spreads in seconds among people. Any way congrats for a different and ordinary movie.

agreed ,but you have to remember that this movie was for the average malayali audience ,who doesnt know a lot about technology...
The plot ,story line of the movie is refreshing but failed to capitalise on the screenplay bit especially during the mid reels. I did like the ending part, it really touched the emotions and feelings of an average person. The film has only had an average opening so far in cinemas. I must say I'm tired of seeing the same old politician-cum-minister as villians pictured in allmost all mal movies. Come on story writers give them a break. Overall 3/5 is a fair rating.

Many critics too have commented on the slow opening of the movie ,but i think its a neccessary base for character development, even though it could have been more exciting maybe...

good review , it is one of the best movies i have seen in malayalam for quite some time, but i thought suresh gopis `IG was a good movie but flopped. I pray that the same fate dont come to this brilliant movie, i agree with paul in the technical abundance thing,
