56My current favourite is a pata dish which can be adapted for vegetarians by omitting the chicken, can be served hot or cold and goes a long way...
Cook and debone chicken. Saute mushrooms with onion & garlic. Boil, drain and chop spinach. Layer all of these with cooked pasta of your choice and a layer of white sauce here & there ;-) Top with grated cheese (I prefer a mix of cheddar and mozzarella) and bake till set.
Et voila...
