The rumors are true Patrick Swayze has died after almost two-years of battling with cancer.Annett Wolf whom is Patrick Swayze's publicist says that Swayze dies of pancreatic on monday september 14,2009.The world will be in mourning we are still in mourning after the death of several of the worlds greatest actors.Michael and Farrah are still on our minds now another person is being added to the list. Patrick Swayze was 57 years old.
He came forward about his illness last spring, but continued working as he underwent treatments.
It was 1987 when Swayze became a star with his performance in "Dirty Dancing," a coming-of-age story set in a Catskills resort. The 1990 film "Ghost" cemented his status as a screen favorite.
Swayze played a murdered man trying to communicate with his fiancee through a spirit played by Whoopi Goldberg.
He kept on working even after it was disclosed in March 2008 that he had a particularly deadly form of cancer. He starred in "The Beast," an A&E drama series, and said he and his wife were working on a memoir.

I am truly devastated. He was a great actor and a great human being. He was so strong and faced his cancer head on and fought it to the end. My husband is currently battling stage IV colorectal cancer which has mestastasized to his brain and bladder along with other parts of his body. We thought he had it beat but about 2 months before he would have been 5 years cancer free we found out that it had returned. I send my deepest sympathy to his wife and family. He was truly loved by myself and I'm certain bymillions of others. Patrick Swayze will be missed.
fuck! he was my favorite actor and now he is dead, now what will i look forward to in movies, clint eastwood! I send my regards to his family, he will be missed
RIP Patrick. It surprises me that the dumb ass that wrote this article can make so many spelling mistakes, it's like they don't give a fuck about the people that died enough to even get the names right! First off it's mourning, not morning like tomorrow morning. Also Patrick "dies of pancreatic" what the hell? Lastly it's Farrah, not Ferra. Well, at least you capitalized it pretending like you know the name you're writing about. Stupid Bitch.
A great star is gone. RIP Patrick, you will be missed.
My deepest sympathy to his family.

Shameful that article author could not write about Patrick Swayze without including other people who recently died. Very tacky indeed and disrespectful to great person who deserves at least his public death notice to be about only him.
Swayze was a really heavy smoker his whole life... couldn't have helped.
