After you target one Niche, first thing you should do is to make a keyword list. There are hundreds of keyword tools for you to choose from, here I recommend one useful tool for you to easily create a unlimited keyword list.

Keyword Elite

The Best free keyword tool that Google offered here is not accurate enough, while if you have very limited budget, using it instead of a premium one to get started.

Always bear in mind that the keyword list is just the first step, you have to refine it.

You would probably think it lucky to find 5000 keywords about your niche that Google or Yahoo only charges you 5 cents per click. The truth is, you are probably wrong. Why?

Most of what you get is trash, garbage misspellings that no one would ever search those keywords on search engines, altho they're cheap. Just forget about them.

Build keyword list groups by using Keyword Elite.

Start a campaign, choose a certain keyword you'd like to promote, when it's time for you to write ad copies, Yahoo allows you to see the ad copies already activated on Yahoo on the keyword you entered. This is a great advantage for you to study your competitor's strategy. Get it?

 It's good to combine PPC and SEO. However, it involves very complex stuff. Luckily, one of the top affilliate Guru Michael Jones just made it, providing us the killing product

Michael just spends months to figure out a good way to maximize the PPC revenue combining both the SEO and the PPC system.
