I have been using TracFone for about 10 years. The service overall is wonderful and their phones are reasonably priced (you can't use your own phone).

Everything can be done via internet and they have a variety of plans that can meet your needs.

I warn you ahead of time however - their customer service is about the worst I've ever seen! Fortunately, you seldom need to use that!
