If any payment will be reached to your account, paypal send it to that bacnk a/c or credit card. Then your friend or relative could send to that moeny to you by local system.
3. To solve this problem the best way to use your valuable earning is internet shopping. You can purchase anything by using your paypal balance. There are many internet shopping and gift service in Bangladesh like bdgift.com, atnshop.com, channalishop.com. You can send any product to your own address through those services. I have a better experience about internet shopping by using paypal.
4. The last way is waiting for starting paypal service in Bangladesh. It is depends on growing of e-commerce system in Bangladesh and that depends on the change of the mindset of our policymaker.

Now friends, please keep in mind, nothing will be changed in Bangladesh if the current political and economic system not to be changed.
