Hello, RA! Haven't connected with you for awhile and it's so funny that I should choose THIS hub, considering I bought a new kind of "complete food" peanut butter bar this morning at a health food store and was so lazy I slabbed some PB on a couple pieces of Exekiel 4:9 bread for a late lunch! Thanks for making me feel better about my day!!! Hope you are doing great- looks like it from your fan list.

OH! Here is a very cool recipe that I LOVE: toast some sprouted wheat bread, slather it with butter or safflower margarine, zap this in the toaster oven, layer it with some peanut butter, zap this in the toaster oven, top it all off with blackstrap molasses and give that a sizzle- not too much, just enough to set it bubbling. Voila! A healthy treat. I love it so much, I skip all the toasting and eat it all "raw" lol.

You either love it or you hate it, haha. Have a great evening.

Hi there,

I love peanut butter on fresh bread with butter.

Its best to get an Organic peanut butter that has no hydrogenated vegetable oil, salt, dextrose, and sweeteners.

These additives retard the receptors in the body and causes you to never feel satisfied, and want more, thus over eating. Also why they use it in food.

Hi ResearchAnalyst. Thanks for the good word on peanut butter. I've been eating peanut sandwiches all my life and, no doubt, will continue to do so until I leave. Today, I only eat the Smart Balance brand that contains no hydrogenated oil. It is all natural with Flax oil and 1000mg of omega 3. Thanks again for the good word--information--on peanut butter. It is indeed music to my ears!
