No bake recipes are great for when you are short on time but still need something to serve company. These no fuss-no muss recipes come to the rescue.

No Bake Peanut Clusters

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup can milk

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups quick oats

1 cup roasted (unsalted) peanuts

Combine: sugar, butter, and milk in pan. Boil 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in oats and nuts.

Drop by tsp. on foil or waxed paper-lined cookie sheet to set.

Makes 2 dozen clusters.

Note: these no bake cluster cookies are delicious and have an exotic flavour.
