Pecan Tazzies

Filling

2 Eggs, beaten

¾ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Butter, softened

1 Teaspoon vanilla

½ Cup Chopped Pecans

Dough

½ Cup Butter

3 Ounces Cream Cheese

1 Cup Flour

Mix filling ingredients together. Cover and chill.

Take some dough and press into mini muffin pans. Place about a teaspoon full of chopped pecans into each cup, and then add filling mix to fill the cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.

Better-Than-Sex Brownies

1 stick (½ Cup) Butter

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

6 Tablespoons Cocoa

1 Teaspoon Espresso powder

½ Teaspoon Vanilla

½ Cup Flour

1 Cup Walnuts, chopped, optional

Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add cocoa, espresso powder, and vanilla. Mix in flour and nuts.

Pour into an 8x8 greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until done.
