We have all been there strolling through our local Wal-Mart, when we run up on something or someone that just cracks us up. I know in my neck of the woods Murphy, North Carolina I see things that I just sometimes can't believe like, why would you wear that in public or why did they get their hair cut like that? Now don't get me wrong, I understand it's all personal preference and people are who they are, but seriously?

As it seems I'm not the only one that's amused by the types of people who shop at Wal-Mart. I actually just ran across a people of walmart website that actually exposes the people that shop at Wal-Mart who look kinda … Well you know. The website is called peopleofwalmart.com and what they do is allow people to post pictures that they've taken while shopping at their local megastore of just odd people and things.

After browsing the people of walmart website for a little while and laughing my head off. I didn't know whether I should feel bad or let out a sigh of relief. I'm thankful to know now that not all weirdos shop at the Murphy, North Carolina Wal-Mart.

The website is getting a lot of buzz lately, whether it be good or bad. I just learned that the website recently crashed because of the number of visitors that were coming to check it out. Now everybody has their own take on the people of walmart website. You really have to keep in mind that it is just for amusement, but some people seem to be getting really offended by the concept. But you know what, if I walked around in public looking like a goon ball and I knew it, I would expected a picture or two to be taken.

I personally think it's a really cool idea, and I'm kinda jealous that I didn't think of it first. If you haven't seen it yet, check it out and decide for yourself.
