What are perimenopause hot flashes?

Perimenopause is a stage different from menopause, that's happening before menopause (it can happen decades before menopause), but it can have the same symptoms or some similar symptoms with menopause: like mood changes, urinary problems, sleep problems and hot flashes/night sweats. The basic idea is that this is a hormonal change, when the hormonal levels could fluctute and you could also have irregular cycles. There are a few ways you could be sure you don't have any more problems (get rid of smoking, alcohol and other nasty stuff) and also herbal supplements that can really help you with this  stuff, for real.

Here are a few symptoms of perimenopause (symptoms that include perimenopause night sweats and hot flashes), but this also can be symptoms of a regular flu, so you have to be sure about it:

  • thyroid diseases is another cause for hot flashes
  • you have to take care on what you eat, you may be eating junk food or other stuff that may let toxins in your body, toxins that are not good to be there are can make a lot of nasty things about it. Try to avoid junk food or other not cool aliments in order to stay healthy.
  • hormonal levels fluctuance can play with your body rhitm and make some mood swings and because of that you have to take care of yourself, really good.
  • another symptom is irregular cycles, remember, irregular cycles may be in the perimenopause stage, because in the menopause stage the cycles are going to be over forever.
What can you do to get rid of hot flashes within perimenopause or hot flashes in general?
  1. try to avoid smoking because this is going to harm your lung and cause more problems, problems that you do not want to happen to you. The idea is that smoking could cause a lot of problems (even cancer) and that air inhaled is not good at all.
  2. try to avoid drinking alcohol because it can cause hot flashes during the night and warm yourself and because of that you could have some serious sleep disturbance and you will have sleep deprivation and other stuff you don't really want to.

Dear Abby: How do you explain to a man how uncomfortable hot flashes are? I'm a perimenopausal woman who has been married for 12 years to a sweet husband who loves to "snuggle." How can I make him understand that hot flashes happen, and that ...

try to maintain your calm

Another important key in this game is to maintain your calm and be sure you're not going through depression and other stuff that can make you a lot of problems, problems you do not want about perimenopause. A common symptom or effect of the hormonal and body change in the state of perimenopause is depression caused by mood swings and other nasty stuff like sleep deprivation (you understand now why is depression, if you cannot sleep for years, weeks, then is going to play with your body/mind). You don't have to loose your mind, but be sure your husband understands you and is helping to make the right decision about your life. You have to talk with him and get him to understand the stages you're passing by (he may not know about it, not even read about it) and protect you.

Perimenopause hot flashes may not be cool and could cause things you don't like, but you don't have to interfere and get other nasty things for it. Try to take care of yourself, of your diet, train and make some exercise every day and have a healthy life. It's easier that way and you're getting rid of other stuff.

During perimenopause you could also have some headaches or neckaches or even urinary problems but you need to understand that some may be normal and some may not be to normal about it, so be careful what you're talking. There are a lot of herbal medicines and stuff and you could take them without any negative side effects, but it does not mean the effects are none. Go see a doctor and check your health state. Take care!
