As you may already know, perimenopause is a natural hormonal change and stage within a women body that is going to be before menopause. During menopause there could be a lot of things to happen, from stress, anxiety, loss of libido and other stuff (that can happen during menopause to) and you have to take care of yourself if you don't want to suffer in vain. The idea is that perimenopause may come with decades before menopause, but it could have some of the menopause symptoms, altough the period would not be stopped for real.

- try to have a healthy diet and avoid junk food that could make things worst for your health, to.
- try some natural herbal supplements and vitamins that could really help you. It may ne necesary to visit a doctor in order to be sure you're not taking the wrong thing, altough sometime herbal supplements may not have any negative side effects, but this does not mean it does not have any side effects, so be careful about it.
- try to reduce or stop drinking alcohol because it's not really good for you, not at all. It's just going to make it worst, make you warm and having more night sweats during the night and it could play with night sweats during menopause to. You already have the hormonal change, you don't need to make things worse.
- smoking is also causing problems so you have to get rid of it until you're having more problems with your lungs
- hormonal change is another cause of perimenopause night sweats.
