Is there Such Thing as a Permanent Hair Straightener?

Hair is unique for everybody and as such everyone will need to do different things to their hair to achieve the desired results. In some peoples eyes the person with naturally straight hair is lucky and in others the person with naturally curly hair is lucky. There is one thing for certain though; no matter what you hair is like that is the way that it will stay. The definition of permanent would be something relating to forever and with hair straightening this is general not possible. Why is this? A very simple answer to the question, when you hair grows it will always grow naturally, so if you have curly hair you will always get new growth being curly.

However this need not be the end of the world, there are solutions in the market place that will keep your hair straight but the new hair growth will need to be treated about once every three months or so. The cream works by breaking down the bonds in the hair allowing the hair to be straightened by gentle combing. The process explained above is usually recommended to be performed in a salon, but you will now be able to find DIY kits that are available from any good chemist or hair care retailer. The technique will take about two hours from start to finish and it is claimed that it not only straightens your hair but will improve the strength and condition too. Technically speaking though this is not done by a set of Hair Straighteners but it does show that with the advancement in technology and treatments it is becoming closer to becoming a reality. It remains to be seen if anyone can come up with the technology or treatment that will be able to achieve natural hair growth changes, with this though comes the risk that once you hair is straight you may not be able to change it back to the natural curls you once had.
