Why Personal Injury Insurance

Different places where we live required different things and we are to follow different procedure too. Like some place allow you to operate the vehicle without a driving license and some places strictly caught those who don't have a proper driving license. 

Personal Insurance and Car insurance is another important thing to verify and comply with the local law. 

I am not sure about other country but in some cases like in Cambodia you have to have a driving license to operate the car across the country wide. However, there are still many drivers don't have a proper driving license. They only learn to drive from one another and in these case it makes the road messy and mess up with bad traffic because they didn't learn the traffic law before they start driving the car on the road. 

Law enforcement need to be very strict  

Because of these matters, it creates small small issue to make the social order run in issue. So in order to ensure this work properly every individual is required to have a proper driving license.
