Payday loans are one of the loans that people with extremely bad credit often take out. The problem is that these loans are obscenely expensive. People often have no clue that they are paying more than 1000% interest on these loans.

I definitely wouldn't recommend using this type of a loan unless you were extremely sure that you could pay it off within a few weeks. Payday loans also don't help your credit because they aren't reported to credit bureaus. That means you'll find yourself in the exact same situation the next time you want to borrow money.
