Personal Trainer Tips on Nutrition

Question? Would you rather have a supplement made for Billions of people or one that is specifically designed for you and you only?

How do you know that the advice from your personal trainer is right for you?

One of the most important aspects of an athletic coach or athletic trainer is to test an athlete or client in a variety of ways to determine their strengths and weaknesses. One of the things most critical to the success of an athlete is to find out if they have any nutrient deficiencies. Are they getting the proper protein, carbohydrates, fats, and are they getting the proper supplemental nutrients. We are a walking and breathing bio chemistry lab and every one of us is completely unique and different.

It is recommended that we eat 6-10 fruits and vegetables per day. How many people are able to accomplish that EVERYDAY? So what is the proper number for you? 6 fruits and vegetables...10 fruits and vegetables...or do you require more? Why is there a range between 6-10? Everyone is unique, and until recently, it wasn't possible to pinpoint the right answer for YOU specifically.

Everyone has a completely unique genetic make up. We each have genetic flaws that need to be uniquely attacked with the proper nutrients. We each respond differently to exercise, stress, environment, and even foods. We each react differently to how nutrients come into our bodies and how each cell uses these nutrients.

"Inadequate intake or subtle deficiencies in several vitamins are risk factors for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and osteoporosis"

So, when your trainer, or GNC clerk recommend a certain supplement, how are they determining what is right for you? Typically they base their recommendation on articles, or testimonials, or their training. It's not their fault. Most MultiVitamin's are based off 1940's science revolving around Minimum Daily Allowances.

Best-selling author, economist and futurist Paul Zane Pilzer, in his book

The Next Trillion wrote:

"By examining a person's DNA, which can be taken from the mouth with just a small swab or scraping device. It is already possible to predict the probability that a person will develop certain diseases. And soon, based on the recently completed mapping of the human genome, it should be possible to predict every forthcoming disease or condition not caused by external (i.e. diet and exercise) factors.

The key is to assess what is right for you. Don't guess! This may sound like some far off space age solution. It is here and it is within reach. No more shot gun, one size fits all approach to preventative health. You can now make sure you get the exact nutrients that YOU need everyday. There is no waste. You no longer have to pick up 6 or 7 different bottles from GNC, and guess whether or not it is working. Through a simple swab of the cheek you can see what you have to work with. You can see what your parents gave you. Not only that you can target any genetic deficiencies through specific nutrients that are targeted for you and you only. Get your free 3 minute video report.
