Personal sized brownies
56
Mmm....
This is defiantly not a real original recipe. I added a few ingredients to this decadent desert. I prefer the taste of boxed brownies to homemade, (it must be all the additives: ) but that’s just me. I am delighted when ever there is chocolate around. I guess you could say it’s my “coffee”, gotta have it. Anyway hope you give it a try and let me know whatcha think about it.
Makes 12 personal sized brownies.
You’ll need:
1 box Betty Crocker Ultimate Fudge Supreme Brownie Mix
1 baking square of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 eggs
¾ cups of oil
3 tablespoons of water
1 tsp of French vanilla, (huge fan:)
1 muffin/cupcake tin with liners (makes for easy clean up)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, put in the brownie mix, chopped chocolate, eggs, oil, and water and mix well
- Add the vanilla, and mix a little more
Fill each cup with batter and bake for about 30 minutes. And presto, you will each have an individual scrumptious snack.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Chocolate x2, works for me! Hubby and I don't have kids so make individual sized anything is the only way to go, thanks.

Never thought of this, but if one can make cupcakes from a boxed mix, why not brownies and ceesecakes and a lot of other items? Thanks for the Hub and Thumbs Up!
