Choosing Your own Images for Personalized Greeting Cards

If you want to find great images for personalized greeting cards, www.flickr.com and photobucket.com are good sites to look through. There is also a lot of free clip art available online.

If you are making a card for a few friends, no one will worry too much about copyright laws, but if you are sending out hundreds of cards for your company you should make sure the images are in the public domain or you have the owners permission.

Often though, it is your own photos that are best!

Irfanview is 100% free software that can be downloaded and installed in a few minutes. It is the most popular free image viewer in the world but also has a facility which is just as simple to use as Windows Paint whilst offering more options.

Using a Word Processor to Make a Card

If you want to create a personalised greeting card from scratch, you could try the free software from getpaint.net. This will give you the ability to creat very professional cards quickly and easily- with a little practise.
