Stress can be either mental or physical stress but both are interrelated to each other which mean if you are suffering from mental stress then there will be physical stress as well and vise versa. We are talking about physical stress management that how one can prevent him/her before becoming a victim of physical stress and how to overcome it just by realizing your daily activity.

Physical Stress Definition:

What is the specific reason of getting under physical stress is one unsolved question. Why do we feel bad for those things for which we can’t do anything about? It is common, that when someone in our circle of friends or in a family behaves oddly we get effected from it which results in a bad mood and anger on our fac. Everything seems less interesting, like daily meal other people related to you, things around you and this keeps going on till the happening of next cheerful event. That’s how stress takes over you without even letting you know about it. The mental stress is directly proportional to your physical stress. The best is to deal yourself in a manner that people around you don’t get affected from bad mood of yours. But when you get affected from it, try to take things in a light way, eat well think well laugh on jokes and limit your affairs of work to your office.


Physical Stress Symptoms

There can be many reasons to have physical stress imposed on you. For instance deadlines from boss to complete work, uncertainty of things, bad weather, eating junk food, not taking appropriate amount of water, having no time for yourself etc. these all factors are physical stress initiators or adds in physical stress level. Symptoms of physical stress include fatigue, strain in your neck, losing appetite, behaving irrationally, loss of patience and loss of interest in your routine things.

Since mental stress and physical stress are directly proportional to each other, mental stress affects on your physical appearance in a way that it changes color of skin and features weight loss or gain, falling of hair etc. Only sitting on your office chair for seven eight hours continuously alone can affect your physic and cause physical stress like back pain, head ach, wrist pain, souring eyes etc. through which you will soon be a victim of mental stress as well. Then you will be unable to think, talk, write, read and the list goes on. So, it is important not to be affected from physical stress as it is the host of lot other deadliest things like abnormal blood pressure, heart attacks, stork, diabetes and what sometimes psychiatrists use the term adjustment disorder in which you are unable to cater or cope with your emotional relation as education issues family issues etc.

Physical Stress Management:

 The important thing is to calculate your dos and don’ts schedule, your work timing, reading timing, outing timing etc. hence try to make time table for your activities and try to follow it as your life guide line. Exercise is the most important thing; add this in your daily must to do list. Exercise also prevents from mental illness and helps you getting relaxed from within. By exercising regularly you will have a healthy metabolism, you will eat on time and perspiration will open your closed pours of skin which leads towards fresh and healthy look and tone of skin eventually relief from physical stress.

A very well written hub. You are right about the fatality of the physical stress. Time management in the way you mentioned looks like one necessary thing and I am trying to manage it for quite some time now but haven't had much success.

infact time management is one vital thing in which i too am bad :( but striving hard to tame it.
