I'm convinced Kentucky beats out California and probably even Florida as "Spinning Rims Capital of the U.S.A."

I'm not opposed to spinners. I mean, they're probably cool if you're 16 and you just got your first car (like a 85 Honda Civic) and you want to make it as cool as possible. But, I keep seeing spinners on extremely unattractive cars, being driven by grandpa (or grandma.)

Case in point, a late model Cadillac. Painted black with pink flames shooting down the side of it. And spinning rims. And, an elderly man behind the wheel. His age: probably 70. But this is Kentucky, so he may be like 43. I'm serious. I'm staying away from the water. Whatever's in it, is making people appear to be a lot older than they really are... or they're even bigger liars than I am when it comes to age!

Case in point, an old Chevy SUV. The kind of Chevy SUV that reminds me of when they weren't cool yet. You know, NBA Players and Rappers hadn't discovered them yet. And they were meant to be dirty and rugged... I'm going off track...So, old Chevy SUV. The entire car was pained with Red and White Stripes. And Blue 'things' stenciled all over the car. I couldn't tell what they were... maybe Donkeys??? I'm sure this was to add that special "Patriotic Touch." Afterall, today is Election Day... But again, Spinners! And again, an elderly man (70 or 43) with a long beard, long brown hair, Marlboro hanging out of his mouth, behind the wheel.

Kentucky: Here me Loud and He Clear! When you Pimp Your Ride, it should look better than it did before!
