I was never much of a perfume girl until I found Aquolina's Pink Sugar and now I'm a bit of an addict, not just for Aquolina's perfume, but for all kinds of dupes in all kinds of forms -- pink sugar soap, candles, body mousse, etc. You name it, I have it!

The pink sugar fragrance is a combination of vanilla and caramel with a hint of cotton candy. It's sweet, but not overpoweringly so and has a terrific dry-down. It is reasonably long-lasting, but some of the dupes actually last longer than the offiical fragrane. I usually spray some in my hair as well, based off a tip on some of the Amazon reviews that suggest spraying the perfume in your helps make it last longer. Aquolina has obviously been paying attention because they now make a "hair perfume" as well.

Pink Sugar fragrance notes

In addition to vanilla and caramel, other notes in the perfume include bergamot, fig, licorice and powdery notes. The licorice and powder are quite prominent in the dry down.

Pink Sugar is an eu de Toilette and it also comes in a variety of other forms, including solid perfume, bath cubes, deodorant, etc.

Very girly

Because Pink Sugar's fragrance is so light and sweet, many older women dismiss it as cologne for teens and women in their 20s, but if you want men swooning all over you, then I recommend giving it try regardless of your age. For some reason, this scent makes a lot of men go crazy. I don't know why. Maybe they just like the smell of muffins and cookies and cotton candy :)

Pink Sugar does go on very sweet and a little goes a long way. You don't want to over-fumigate yourself if you know what I mean. But in an hour or two it has a much lighter, powdery scent that begs people to step in closer to you to catch a whiff.

When I wear Pink Sugar, more people ask me what I'm fragrance I'm wearing than any other perfume I wear.
