This week on Pitchmen:

Featuring only one product in this episode, we will take a look at the SpinGym.

The SpinGym is a small gadget being pitched as a pocket sized, total upper-body gym. It looks like a toy or some kind of cooky puzzle. It is literally composed of a couple pieces of metal and some rope.

The SpinGym is somewhat of an upgraded rubber band workout, and really not all that impressive.

It's convenience is that a woman can place the SpinGym in a purse and carry it anywhere. In that respect, it is a fairly creative and successful product.

It does not demonstrate well. A video of a person using the SpinGym looks just as corny as every other exercise video out there. There is no possible way to show the actual results of this product, and any efforts to do so are so futile that it pains you to watch them try!

The only way to market this product in an infomercial is to show personal testimonies. These don't work because we don't really know if they are real or just paid actors.

The inventor, Forbes Riley is a fool. She is arrogant and entirely too pompous for me to recommend her product. The SpinGym is a cheap looking piece of equipment, and I would not pay any amount of money for this after watching Pitchmen this week.

This product may very well work, but it looks foolish to use and the conventional way of working out is much more practical. At least with that, we all know that results are possible.

Though I will give it credit for its creative design, and for its potential to produce successful results, I do not recommend this product to anyone.
