Pitchmen Product Review

Since I am a self proclaimed As Seen On TV guru, I've decided to do a review on each of the products that are featured on Discovery Channel's new series Pitchmen. If you are not convince after watching the show, and I am...let me tell you why. If you are convinced and I'm not, let me explain why you shouldn't buy that product! Check back each week to see which products get my endorsement, and which one's do not.

Impact Gel Insoles

This product is an absolute must have for people who work on their feet, or just have sore feet. The physical demonstrations that are done with this product are truly amazing. The material can somehow protect M&M's and a hand from be crushed by hammer. The shock absorption in this material is phenomenal. Billy Mays is thrilled with this product, and so am I...

GPS Pal

Do not bother with this product. It is essentially useless. The main selling point of this product is that it allows you to take the GPS off of the windshield and out of your line of vision. Now, I don't know anyone who puts the GPS directly in front of them. Usually it is placed somewhere underneath the rear view mirror, where it can be angled to get a proper view without taking your eyes off the road.

Putting the GPS in a cupholder in the console just seems plain dangerous. It effectively pulls your eyes completely off the road!

The only good things about this product is that it hides the excess power cord, and it was invented by a nice old guy just trying to better his life on the golf course.

I don't recommend this product, but I will give it a 2 out of 5 just because I like the old man that invented it!
