Places To Travel In Central America
82Belize Travel
I personaly have been to Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
The language spoken in Central America is Spanish. So a basic understanding of Spanish would help any travel in Central America.
In Belize there are many things to enjoy, fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, jungle and wildlife reserves, beautiful flowers, hiking, bird watching, helicoptor touring, Maya ruins and much more. Belize has the second largest cave system in Central America. One place to visit is the Great Blue Hole just off the coast of Belize. The Great Blue Hole is an underwater sinkhole lying near the center or Lighthouse Reef. This is a popular spot amongst recreational scuba divers, who are lured by the opportunity to dive in crystal clear water and meet several species of fish, including giant groupers, nurse sharks and several types of reef sharks such as the Caribbean reef shark and the Blacktip Shark.

El Salvador Travel
Tourists continue to be drawn by El Salvador's turbulent past. Some of the latest tourist attractions in the former war-torn El Salvador are gun fragments, pictures, combat plans, and mountain hideouts. The mountain town of Perquin was considered the "guerrilla capital." Today it is home to the "Museum of the Revolution," featuring cannons, uniforms, pieces of Soviet weaponry, and other weapons of war once used by the FMLN's (Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front) headquarters. The biggest attraction in El Salvador are the beaches and surfing is gaining popularity. There are American-style malls, stores, and restaurants in the three main urban areas, especially greater San Salvador.
Tegucigalpa
Managua

Nicaragua has many beautiful beaches. Most popular among toursist is San Juan Del Sur, about three hours from Managua. In Managua there are several malls to visit. The main tourist mall is Las Galerias, with eat in food court and boutiques. Also in Nicaragua are historic cities and the largest lake in Central America, Lake Nicaragua.
San Jose
Costa Rica Travel
Enjoy the beautiful beaches and wonderful wildlife in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is the more americanized country in Central America. In San Jose El Pueblo is a mix of restaurants, art galleries and shops. Pueblo Antiguo is a theme park with lots of fun and colors; it has many museums and is modeled after 19th century San José, and is located inside Costa Rica's only major theme park, "El Parque de Diversiones de Costa Rica".
