57Planning Graduation Party Bash
Planning Graduation Party Fun!
Yes! It is over! Graduation Day! You did it! This is an event that anybody is very proud of especially the parents. Now comes the planning of graduation party. It can be an overwhelming experience if you don't know what you're going to do but is not if you know the how to. Graduation can pose a more dramatic part in your overall party planning experience.
No matter how young your child is, graduation is graduation. You can plan to host a pre-school party for the kids as much as you can with a high school or college party. They are all relevant and are all worth celebrating with all your family and friends.
Here are my top 5 tips for a planning a successful party bash for your graduate student:
1. Plan ahead: don't wait for the last minute to organize what you need and what you want. Making a detailed plan will smooth out the process of the success of your party. This is an important step to take before you move on to the next. Think it through on paper will definitely save you time and resources in the end.
2. List all the people you will want to invite: don't think you can remember them all on the top of your head. Create a simple list with your child or spouse to make sure you invited grandma. Don't skip this part.
3. Buy all your supplies one week earlier: make sure that includes all the food and accessories you need. Do this in one trip to save you the hassle of going back and forth, not to mention the wasted gas on the trip. List all you want to buy as well to stay focus and not get distracted by the other things around the store.
4. Ask for help: even if you think you don't need it. Ask your other members of your family to be your assistant in organizing all the details that needs to be done. Delegate. Share the load so you can share the fun.
5. Have fun: especially if you are hosting it for your son or daughter. Have fun in the party by socializing with all the guests. Don't worry about the mess. Your smiling face and great enthusiasm will be a light that shines in the party. Greet and meet everyone with a big smile.
And last but not the least, here's a bonus tip you want set properly. Have someone take a picture of the event. Ask someone specific to be in charge of the photo shoot. This is important to capture the joy of the party. Without a designated camera man it is easy to forget and miss all the good picture moments. Point and shoot, edit the photos later.
When everything is said and done, don't worry about the outcome but enjoy the process. I wish you well. Congratulations on your Graduation Party!

Excellent! I am excited to host my child's graduation party soon.
I would like to add that the cake could have the color of the school to add more impact to the significance of the party.
Thanks for the post. I am planning a graduation party soon.
