How To Play A Pinch Shot In Racquetball

You need to position yourself to play the shot. First off get into a position in the front court with your opponent in the back court. With this alignment the shot is more effective.

You want to bend at the knees and waist.

As far as is comfortable pull the racquet back in a backswing.

You want to be aiming for a spot on the side wall approx 2 to 3 feet before the front wall.

You should be planning to hit the corner closest to you.

With your front foot point it to the corner you're aiming for.

Now swing through the ball, keeping it low. Ensure you have a good follow through.

Watch the ball rebound off the front wall across the court instead of bouncing toward the back wall.
