This is a Playstation 3 Dual Shock controller customized with a rapid fire module. These things are neat and fun to use but please be a good sport and dont use them in multiplayer online matches. I use my rapid fire controller in all the nazi zombie maps, helps when you can't get any good weapons. First there is basicly 2 things you can do to get your own rapid fire controller, it's simple build one or buy one. I chose to build mine (well actually my father in law helped me), i purchased my rapid fire module from console customs via ebay, very good quality and fast shipping.

But the real reason that lead me to buy this module is they guaranteed it to not be patched like the other rapid fire modules have been, i ordered it and when i got it put in my controller i loved it. I dont think that they will be ever be able to patch the certain module that i have because it has a chip that any patch would'nt be able to recognize. Now call of duty world at war has slowed it down some but it still works super fast on call of duty 4 modern warfare and im guessing it will still work when call of duty modern warfare 2 comes out in november.

Check out the pictures to the right that show the backs of the ps3 controllers. Can you notice which one is rapid fire and which one is not? look very closely at the bottom left of the controller you should see a little red or orange button thats the rapid fire button. on your controller you can put it were ever you like but that is were console customs recommends placing the controller so the rumble and everything else will still work. The rapid fire controller is on the top.

Now check out the video's of the rapid fire controller at work on both call of duty 4 and call of duty 5 and if your interested in getting a rapid fire i would definatly recommend console customs go check them out at ebay they have both the kits or the preassembled controller's for sell. Now take this knowledge and go have fun with it :-)
