Choosing The Right Color

This season the trend is for all different kinds of colors. Pick your favorite color and get ready to glow. If it makes you feel fantastic, gives your skin a becoming glow or lights up your eyes then it's the color you should choose to wear. As this spring has so many strong choices you're sure to find just the right color for you in store.

Show Off Your Best Asset

Next we will discuss coordination. By coordination, I don't mean stumbling as you walk up or down a flight of stairs or slipping on a carpet. By coordination, I mean whether or not the style of your dress, along with any accessories, will show off your best features. Some examples would be, a woman who is pear-like in shape would find an A-lined dress flattering on her; those blessed with curves would be complimented by a dress with princess seams, and wrap or mock-style dresses will look flattering on any body type.

Accessorize!

But what if you just love a dress in a style that isn't recommended for your body type? Don't despair. Instead, accessorizewisely. Make a waist appear on a shirt-dress by adding a belt in a trendy style or color, or create sleeves on that otherwise-perfect sleeveless dress by including a lightweight shawl in an eye-catching pattern. And accessorization doesn't stop there. Do you just love big earrings? Get a pair that offsets your dress and your style. Do you have great legs? Wear a pair of heels in the latest style with your knee-length dress. After all, the key to coordination is the package you present.

Be Confident

Lastly, and most importantly, be confident. Think of the people in your life you consider the most beautiful. Probably most, if not all, of them have at least one thing in common. No matter if they are tall or short, or large, medium, or small, they have confidenceand so should you. What do you like about yourself? Is it your laugh, your brains, your thoughtfulness? Or is it your smile, or your eyes, or your hands? Whatever first pops into you mind, add a second and a third to it. After all, the additional positive reinforcement will help you hold your head just that much higher.

So, go out and find a dress you're nuts about in a great color and then accessorize to make the ensemble really sing. If you love the dress you'll feel great about yourself, which will make you feel even more beautiful than ever.
